Working with AIRTECH has been nothing but spectacular. This company is extremely customer focused and you truly feel like they value your time and business. Their customer service is so incredible that I will no longer work with any other heating/cooling company.

Our relationship with the AIRTECH started in November 2015 when my wife and I were across country for Thanksgiving vacation. The person watching our house called to say the furnace was not working. After a quick search online I found AIRTECH, called, and scheduled a visit. Juan (the technician) was extremely flexible and accommodating. The problem was fixed the same day we called. Via text message, he kept us informed of the issue, cost to fix, sent us pictures of the furnace working after the repairs had been conducted, and we were able to make our payment over the phone. Super easy.

Fast forward 6 months and our old furnace was acting up again (completely separate issues from what happened in November). I called Juan directly at 0730 to schedule a visit and he picked up the phone immediately. No need to go through some “big-business” corporate scheduler. After meeting with Juan to discuss the options later that day he provided three different quotes for our review. We ended up getting a new, 96% efficient, tri-zone furnace. Needless to say, WE LOVE IT. Prior to getting this new furnace and system the house always had different temperatures between the floors/rooms. Now, the rooms are exactly the desired temp and we no longer have the need for space heaters or window A/C units.

Unlike many HVAC companies where their service reps have new furnace and A/C sales quotas, Juan never tries to sell you a new furnace or A/C unit if you don't need one. Juan is honest and you'll be doing business with a licensed professional who places integrity and honesty above all. I highly recommend Juan for all your HVAC needs. The person who gave Juan a 1 star review must have call another company and not Juan's Airtech Heating and Cooling.

When our furnace failed after water damage, Juan evaluated the function of the existing furnace and wrote an informative report that allowed our insurance agent to approve the costs of a new furnace. Juan presented options to us in an organized, factual manner. He maintained his given time schedule and kept us abreast each day of his arrival time. He took all of the old equipment away and left his work area clean each day. I highly recommend Juan DeJesus for his professional knowledge, quality of work, and communication skills.

I can't say enough nice things about this company and it's owner. Over the past 8yrs I've needed help to repair a furnace as well as an AC unit. It's unbelievable how responsive and helpful they are and they always seem to make time especially in cold and hot weather as they know how important it is in those times.

They have always taken the time to explain the situation and laid out options. The most expensive option hasn't always been their recommendation. I have appreciated how they go about their business and it shows they truly care. The owner Juan is a stand up guy and the kind of person you want to do business with.
