These guys are Awesome came in diagnosed the problem. Drove back to there shop to pickup parts they needed, came back installed the parts and cleaned up. Our Navien tankless hot water heater is up and running . They are Super nNice and professional

Highly recommend this plumbing company for anything inside your home! Honest, fair priced and reliable workers. You can tell they really care vs a lot of corporate places I’ve dealt with.

I have had several items replaced by Norhio over the years - water tank, softener, pipes, etc., and today it was the water pump and sump pump.

Outstanding company to work with. Prompt and efficient service with very professional technicians who completely explained the work needed and why, while presenting us with multiple alternatives to meet budget considerations.

Called with a semi emergency and spoke with their dispatcher. After 1 entire day, nobody called or came by. Bad customer service! Won’t call again.

My wife called them out to fit a kitchen fawcett. They turned up over 2 hours later than the appointed time. She asked how much it would be, was told $400. She phoned me, I said no, They immediately dropped the estimate to $200. She politely declined the offer, as it seemed suspicious that the bil could miraculously be halved, and they charged her $59 just for the call out!
I fitted it myself later that evening - 45 minutes.
Pretty horrified to think that some people may have just paid the $400, and not happy at paying $59 of my hard-earned to be insulted in this way.
BTW NORHIO, if you want to challenge this, my invoice date is 12-4-17.
Would love to hear from you - not sure how you could justify this.
