We just remodeled all of our bathrooms in our home. We replaced toilets, sinks, faucets, etc. Butt’s plumbing had fantastic recommendations, their employees were outstanding and easy to work with, and the end result was beautiful! Start to finish would highly recommend!

Excellent workmanship. Friendly and helpful. They were efficient and clean exchanging out my old water heaters and configuring the way I requested. I highly recommend them. I couldn’t have done a better job myself and I considered it.

Very responsive and did a great job explaining things thoroughly. They came out on the designated day and we’re incredibly accurate with their timeframes. The serviceman was friendly and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. He even fixed something he wasn’t brought out to fix.

From my initial call for service, everyone was courteous, professional, and very accommodating. Colin, Butts serviceman, was friendly, informative and thorough. As senior citizens with immunocompromised issues we appreciated him following cdc guidelines while in our home. He was also mindful to clean up after himself which we greatly appreciated.

We installed a new sink and re-hooking up the plumbing and garbage disposal was a little out of our wheelhouse. Called them on a weekend (Saturday at 8pm) expecting to just leave a VM but an actual human picked up the phone and took down my info. On Monday morning I spoke with someone who said they should be able to get someone to me by the afternoon. The guy ended up showing up earlier at 10am! Installed the pipes, garbage disposal, and even siliconed our new sink for us and I didn't even ask! Super responsive and did it quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend!

Sam, from Butts Plumbing came on Saturday morning to a condo that we recently purchased and resolved numerous issues under our kitchen and bathroom sinks, water heater plumbing, toilet seating, and numerous other things that came up in the interim. Although it was the weekend, Sam stayed all day until he could resolve them all. He was efficient and courteous, and most of all, diligent. Thank you Sam, for giving us peace of mind!

The plumber and telephone operator the people at butts plumbing was excellent in every respect, the job they did for me was well done, they cleaned the area they worked when they were done. Our toilet was rocking and we needed a new flange to hold the toilet in place, in addition, to a new toilet. The concrete was not solid enough to hold the flange and Colin had to come back and pour concrete, wait 48 hours for the concrete to set and install the toilet. The water shut off to the toilet wasn't working properly and he also replaced that. He was polite, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after each job. We appreciate everything that Colin did for us, as we had company coming and were on a deadline. We highly recommend Colin and Butts Plumbing.

We were lucky to get Samuel as our technician for our drain cleaning. He was not only friendly but knowledgeable and to the point. Sam was able to clear our drain in no time and even cleaned up after himself. We had consulted with another company at first and we were glad that we went with BUTTS Plumbing. We will be reaching out next time we have a job/repair needed.

We had a pipe burst in our basement. Butts Plumbing came out within hours and fixed the pipe and resolved the issue quickly. Sam, the plumber who came out, was super friendly and walked us through what he was doing. Highly recommend!

After the ceiling in our family room started leaking excessive amounts of water on to our new carpet, we called four different plumbing companies in a panic. No one was willing to come for 6 or more days-one even told us three weeks. A friend recommended Butts Plumbing, and we have had an amazing experience with them! Less than 24 hours after our call, Sam arrived right on time, and within an hour, was able to diagnose a hole in the water line to a bathroom sink, and successfully repaired it. He was professional and kind explaining the issue and showing us the damage. Being new to the area and having the work done on a Saturday we expected a $500+ charge. We were shocked by how reasonable the work was at only $175! 5/5 ⭐️ We will be Butts Plumbing customers from now on!!!
