Our dryer stopped working at 9:30am. Bill had it up and running by 3pm the same day. Went over what the problem was, how he was going to repair, and cost of the parts. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Unfortunately they said they could not come to Lorain. But they did give us some advice / information and sent us in the right direction for our refrigerator.

I called this company to request repair. The owner answered, taught me over the phone how to repair if and if it wasn't successful advised what else could be the issue. He fixed the issue while teaching me to do it. Companies like this are hard to find. Thank you so much.

Have used this service in the past for our washer. Response to our call was fast, service was efficient, invoice was reasonable. Bill took the time to explain the issue and resolution( always greatly appreciated). Will definitely use this service again.

Was able to schedule to come out quickly when I called him, arrived promptly at time estimated. Trouble shot problem and repaired my refrigerator for a reasonable price. Very friendly guy, was able answer questions about refrigerator before coming out. He also suggested ways to prolong life of the appliance.

Great prompt service! The washer was in pretty bad shape and rather than running up the tab, Bill told me straight out it would likely be cheaper to replace than repair our 15 year old machine. When I discovered a fire under my dishwasher, I switched the breaker off to cut the power to my kitchen. I didn't know if the problem was just with the dishwasher or if it was a bigger issue with the way the kitchen was wired. I was eager to get the situation evaluated as quickly as possible. Bill Dietz was able to come to my home within just a few hours of my call. He assessed the problem, determined it was just the dishwasher, and made the repair. I have lived in Avon for 9 years and any time I have needed an appliance repaired I have called Bill. He always comes that day or the next and he takes care of any problem I have or he gives me advice on purchasing a new appliance. I have been very satisfied with his straight forward way of helping me either on the phone or talking me through a problem and showing me how to care for my appliance after he repairs it. He is very intelligent and thorough and helpful. I could not be happier with an appliance repair service. I am thankful for his help.

Our refrigerator/freezer had stopped cooling all together and had gone room temperature. Bill called and asked about the issue. He came out the next day and within seconds of listening to the fridge, knew the issue and replaced the relay switch. He was in and out in about an hour and our fridge is back to normal and he charged a very fair price (less than I was expecting).

I called about my Maytag washer not starting. He suggested that I unplug the washer & wait 5 minutes and plug it back in. I did and the washer worked. He did tell me that he does not repair Maytag electrical board, and I would need to call a Maytag repair dealer who could get the parts. I appreciate his suggestion and his honesty. William came out and looked at our dryer. Took it all apart, cleaned it, and had it working in no time! Excellent service and reasonably priced. Will have him out again next time!

I don't normally write any reviews but this is the second time Bill has helped me out. I called 3 weeks ago to set up an appointment for him to come out to fix my broken washer that hasn't been draining. He suggested I try a number of things and to call back if they didn't work. Didn't charge for his professional advice. Tried his suggestions and they helped a bit but not completely. Then called again to set up an appointment. He came over immediately and diagnosed the issue but not something he would be able to fix. Suggested contacting manufacturer to see if washer was still under warranty. No charge for his time even though he came over. Super nice, trustworthy guy. Will recommend him to anyone in the area and will call again if we have other appliance issues. Thanks Bill!

He called me back 2 minutes after I left a message. My dishwasher was not lighting up at all, as if it had no power. I checked the breaker and it was ok. He suggested I turn the dishwasher off at the breaker for 5 minutes and then turn back on. Dishwasher started working again. He could have easily come out and charged me for his time and expertise, however helped me over the phone. Thank you so much. Highly RECOMMEND.
