Recently had one of the pups eat too fast and proceed to vomit on a area rug. I proceeded to try every Google remedy I could find to clean it without success. After admitting defeat I dropped the rug off at Duraclean and within the week I was picking it back up looking as good as the day it was purchased and at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Todd and his team were at my house first thing the following morning - which was a Sunday! Todd was great at explaining the process step by step and made me feel calm and relaxed about the mess and process. He had everything taken care of within a few days and back to normal. I would highly recommend Duraclean of Avon ! They are very easy to work with and did a great job on a rental for us. The carpet, sectional and mattresses were cleaned and the whole place smelled great. I will call Duraclean again!

DuraClean Ohio did an excellent job on cleaning our area rug. Happy with their service and the end result. I referred DuraClean to my mom which she hired them to clean her kitchen chairs and living room carpeting. They again did an excellent job for a great price. Would highly recommend DuraClean.

I used Duraclean to clean two area rugs. I was trying to do it myself but wasn’t having any success. They were dirty and had pet stains on them. I just picked them and could not believe how good they looked. No stains or smell. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We’ve used this company multiple times, they are the best. Levi and EJ were professional, courteous, and on time. They did a great job. The carpet was clean, stains all gone, and carpet not too wet after. We will be calling again in November.Our carpet is 20 years old and looks brand new.

I had my carpets cleaned and the turned out great. With 3 kids and a dog, the carpets get worn quickly. Carpets came out looking new and smelling fresh. Would highly recommend to anyone. The service techs were also very professional.

Duraclean picked up my carpets right after the COVID 19 hit and the world came to a stand still. It took them a long time to get things cleaned (which I completely understand) and they dropped the 2 rugs off at my porch, no charge. I would have paid but they insisted 'no charge' because of they longer time frame....WOW!...what a class act! Additionally, its the best cleaning I have ever had on my rugs. One of the best experiences I've had in a long time. The crew was on time, professional, thorough and the results were awesome, all at a fair price. We're going to have our carpets cleaned as recommended. Really, cannot beat the value of this service and company.

Todd & company always professional and informative. Have brought several pieces of furniture and rugs for service and have always been satisfied. They will keep you informed of the work and time frame. Price reasonable for the work completed. Would recommend service.

Duraclean came to our rescue when our first floor and basement flooded from a broken water line. They were here immediately to help with the clean up and took extra care and caution during the dry out process. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Never having dealt with this before, I had no idea what to expect but their staff explained everything and answered all my questions. They stayed in contact with my insurance company to make sure the whole project was seamless.

Red wine on a coffee table and a big golden retriever was a recipe for disaster! I did everything I could to get the stain out of my new cream colored area rug, but nothing worked. Miraculously, Duraclean was able to remove the stain. Truly a pleasure doing business with them.

I had a white area rug that had furniture paint accidentally spilled on it. The Duraclean team was able to bring it back to 98+% of it’s original look. I couldn’t believe it and the staff was so friendly and professional.

Duraclea has cleaned my couch several times. O 've they got a huge ink spot out of a cushion. No residual. They just cleaned my couch cushions of some bad stains. They have done area rugs and carpeting great job always. Never going anywhere else. They are all very nice also.
