Service call went great, even when tech support phoned it in on their diag, the tech and I talked through the issue and decided to call tech support back and ask for a second opinion, that coincided with our own opinions. (Tech line said all 3 comm lines went down at the same time, and that’s just a ridiculous diagnosis considering that nobody took an axe to the conduit, turned out to be a com board!) your guy has good troubleshooting skills!

Brandon and John installed a new furnace for us today. They did an excellent job, were professional, thorough and answered all our questions. They were the best! They even did a thorough job cleaning up afterwards, even scrubbed our basement stairs.

As Thanksgiving approached, we needed to fix the toilet in our upstairs bathroom, situated between two of our children’s rooms. With our college-aged kids coming home—and one of our married children and their spouse joining us—we felt the pressure to get it done. Budget concerns made us hesitant, but after meeting one of AC Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical’s technicians in Cleveland Heights, I decided to call the number on his truck. Joanne answered and was so kind and understanding. She quickly scheduled an appointment and even managed to move it up when a spot opened. I appreciated her updates and flexibility, especially with my busy schedule.

Chris East, the technician, arrived at the end of a long day with a wonderful attitude. He explained everything clearly—what needed to be done, the costs, and the labor involved—and was careful and professional throughout. He even covered his feet, which I assured him wasn’t necessary. The work was excellent, the pricing felt fair, and the experience was refreshingly personal—so much better than dealing with a big, impersonal system.

Living in Cleveland Heights in an old home has its challenges, and finding a good plumber has always been difficult. I couldn’t get a solid recommendation during my search, so I’m thrilled to share how impressed I am with AC Plumbing, Heating and Mechanical. I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors in the community. Their professionalism, kindness, and quality work make them a standout. AC Plumbing personnel was able to quickly assess and diagnosis that the hot water tank had failed. After discussing types of tanks and receiving their expert suggestion, the tank installation was completed. Thank you, Mark, Caleb and Sam!!!

AC Plumbing has really been a pleasure to work with. They’ve been out twice. Once for a leak, and they were very straightforward with it being a simple fix. They didn’t drag out their time or charge beyond what was needed. We were so pleased with how upfront and friendly they were, that we had them back again recently to replace our outdoor spigot. Again, just honest and easy to work with. We also had them tighten a toilet and check the tank on another. Things we probably should’ve known how to do on our own, but we didn’t. The plumber didn’t talk down to us or treat us like we were dummies. Just great, personable service. Will definitely use again and continue to refer others.

Mark P came out to our place to help us with leaky faucets and was amazing to work with. We really appreciate his attitude and would enthusiastically welcome him back next time we need help! The office staff at AC is also really helpful and polite; they always try to get us scheduled as quickly as possible. Thanks AC!

Jack came to install Google Nest Learning Thermostats throughout our home and did a fantastic job. He took such care and consideration for making sure the devices were not only operating perfectly, he also managed the installation process meticulously, keeping the esthetic of the home top of mind. Would highly recommended!

Vince came out to my home and was more than polite and courteous. He was able to quickly get my pool heater working again and even gave me some advice on other things I asked about unrelated to why he was there. I couldn’t find any other company that would work on pool heaters but AC plumbing came to the rescue.

Shoutout to John for checking my furnace. Very knowledgeable and kind. Excellent service and very professional. Would highly recommend him for any heating/cooling services!

They picked up phone right away, scheduled the job very quick although my job is just replace the toilet inside. The price is decent and service is good. The worker wore covers on shoes very polite
