They are fantastic! Mike is my first call for AC, furnace, and water heater. They have always been super responsive and have gone out of their way to fit me in to the schedule. 10/10!

I was very satisfied with J&R Heating and Cooling. They were easy to reach, quick to return my call (including important safety recommendation until they could come to my house) and were available to find time to do the repair I needed quickly. I appreciated the explanation they provided regarding the work needed to be done, and even repaired things that previous company failed to do. I felt well taken care of, well informed, including future recommendations. I would highly recommend J & R Heating and Cooling. Both my elderly parents, as well as my brother-in-law recommended them and I will do the same, for I was very pleased with their service.

Mike is the man. My A/C Unit on my new home wasn’t kicking on and I feared the worst, a new unit replacement. I called Mike on a whim first thing in the morning, he was able to identify the problem, FIX the problem with parts on hand in the truck right then and there and out the door in under an hour later that afternoon. He and J&R really saved the day here and I cannot recommend them more!

Mike Hall and his son, Mike did a great job of installing a new power vent water heater AND installed our new washing machine. Installing the water heater in a confined space in our old century house wasn't easy. The washing machine hookup was something we just sprung on them. Everything was professionally done. Mike and his dad were kind, considerate and extremely competent. Not surprised they get a 5 star review. Glad we met them. Just a hint: Don't wait until your water heater is ready to burst. Our old one was 11 years old. In a matter of days, it would have burst.
