Tim and his crew have been awesome last year they came out and replaced our furnace and heat pump, we’ll use them always for our repairs and maintenance on both our furnace and heat pump. We not only got Great service but gained a friend 👍😃

Motz provided a very competitive estimate on an AC/heat pump upgrade for my home. They scheduled me quickly & got the whole install done in 1 day. Tim cleaned up afterward & even stuck around to make sure we were comfy using the new digital thermostat. The awesome folks at Motz will be our only call next time, top notch!

ZERO STARS. They don’t want to fix a Bryan heating system that’s covered under an extended warranty program so they just cancel the appointment. Doesn’t seem to be a trustworthy company with actions like that.

The man who came out was excellent but... He said he couldn't fix the heating element because the manufacturer no longer makes it. I went online and found it on multiple websites..it is still manufactured. We was charged $234.00 just for him to be here for 20 mins if that all to say he couldn't repair it. We are without heat still and we have 2 small children in our home.
