Quinton from Mr. Electric performed a very thorough inspection, repairs, and some upgrades for the power surging issues in my home, along with replacement of outdoor outlets at my request due to insufficient covers on the outdoor outlets. He also placed the call to AEP for me for the power coming into the home from AEP, when every other possible issue inside the home was ruled out of the source of the problem. Although the problem turned out to be from AEP into the home, Quinton did find and repair some other electrical issues that I inherited from the previous home owner, which gave me piece of mind that some previous improper DIY work has been corrected to proper and safe electrical maintenance. Proper electrical maintenance is always going to be expensive, but worth the price for safety and peace of mind. Mr. Electric prices are on par for the quality work they do. If I ever need electrical maintenance in the future, I will call on Mr. Electric again.

I had an outlet making a lots of noise before it popped. Chase was at the house an hour after I called. Very happy with with everything. I will be calling again to have our fridge put on its own breaker next.

Charles at Mr. Electric helped install an outdoor ring floodlight camera and swap a different motion light to a side of the house. He did a great job. Thanks!

I was very impressed by the two electricians that came to my house. They were efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area we lived in and the type of wiring in the house. They gave us an estimate and went over financing options, and this is not even what they came for. Seemed to be able to take the time to explain everything and not be rushed. I would recommend them.

Fantastic service! Bret was a super nice dude, and he replaced several GFI outlets, bathroom exhaust fans, and installed lighting fixtures as well. Very pleased with our experience!

Miles did a great job getting the electricity back on in my kitchen today. Same day diagnosis and repair. Incredibly professional and explained everything they were doing along the way. Prices were discussed before work was done, and those prices didn’t change after the work was completed. Rare level of service these days.

My fuse blew and I called. They came within a few hours. The nice electrician, Charles, diagnosed the issue immediately. He had to run to get the part and had everything fixed in under an hour. Was one of the easiest transactions I’ve had with a contractor.

Mr Electric delivered a solid performance on a job we had completed by them. The technician was very knowledgeable of his work and very polite as well. Turn around time was astronomical, called on Friday and problem fixed on Monday. We had to have our electrical panel switched out from the old pushmatics. Price was fair. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Company was great called them on Wednesday they came out on Thursday and fixed our problem that was outside even in negative degree weather! Charles was kind, educated and got the job done fast! Will use again if have any issues that come up.

We had a significant amount of electrical work that needed to be completed for our grow station and pantry. From the very beginning of the estimate process, Brett was amazing. He took the time to listen to our needs and consistently found practical solutions while maintaining the integrity and quality of the work. We now know exactly who to call whenever our organization needs electrical work in the future.

We had a localized electrical fire just prior to Christmas, leaving us without heat and limiting electrical use until repairs could be done. They came out and did assessment of repairs and gave us three estimates. We scheduled repairs for soonest available as it was going to take all day to complete. Scheduled for New Year's Eve however the weather forecast said temperatures where going to drop and it was already very cold. I reached out to verify they would still be coming as scheduled and they offered to come that day. We was thankful for that. Repairs took until after dark and they froze their behind off as a lot of work was being done outside and we had no heat inside. They did a great job and left everything clean. I will always use Mr. Electric from now on. Great Job guys.

Corey did a great job installing ceiling light figures. It was not an easy job, but he got the job done. Also, installed a dimmer and whole house surge protector. The job was done professionally. He was extremely polite and cleaned up after the work.

Bret was very informative and explained things in a way that a layman like myself would understand. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was safe and in working order. He is definitely my electrician going forward!
