I wanted to help my in laws with some maintenance on their home and Christian with Pristine Power Wash did a wonderful job. Can't thank him enough for helping me out!

The concrete of our church parking lot was covered in black mold and grime. After Pristine Power Wash finished, it looks brand new. Same with the roof. Shingles went from black to gray. The entire church and lot looks so clean and bright. Outstanding job! Thank you!

Christian showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do - power wash the siding of the house, first put a pretreatment (not necessarily his words, it might be called something else), power wash included outside of the gutters, siding, patio, front porch. He also asked me if I wanted to remove the window screens he’d spray them as well. He also included the retractable awning. I chose pristine power wash also because of a recommendation via the next door app.

I can’t begin to express how happy I am with Christian’s work and the price can’t be beat! I can’t stop smiling! The gutters were depressing to see but cleaning them was pointless because it was all coming from the algae on the roof which stained my walkway as well. Now I feel inspired to landscape and enjoy my front yard again!
