I had Hauser come out to my house for a furnace tuneup. The technician called and let me know he was on the way. When he arrived he was polite and personable. We walked through was I was needing during the appointment and quickly went to work. He gave my furnace a thorough check up and assured me my system was working properly and optimally. Quick payment process and gave me my paperwork for my records. I have used Hauser for over a decade and I always receive the most professional service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!

Very professional and prompt service. No surprises on day of service. Pay the yearly fee, save money, they take care of the rest as far as maintenance goes and semiannual visits.

Mr Andrew was professional, polite and kept us informed at every step. He was
very good at explaining in easy to understand terms about the issues being addressed. He also explained preventative issues and cost to fix without pressing us to fix right away.

He was professional dressed and wore shoe cover before entering the home without having to be asked as we had to request from other workmen on previous occasion.

I highly recommend Mr Andrew for his quick and competent work and this is his second visit and would use his service again.

I had my 6 month checkup today. Clinton was my technician. He was very professional and did an excellent job making sure everything was up to date and in proper working order.

I had my annual maintenance of my furnace. My technician was timely. I did appreciate the text before arriving. The technician was very informative. Nothing needed repair but he did make me aware of a small motor in the system was showing signs of breaking down and educated me what I should look for should the motor fail.

Serviceman Mark was incredible! Half my system was shut down and clogged up with yucky stuff for too long and water was overflowing out of tray. Mark was very very outside of the box thinking and created a perfect long term solution. We were extremely pleased with all aspects of Mark's work.

I thought that the technician knew a lot of knowledge about my HVAC system, and was always polite, professional, had a great sense of humor and did a great job on a hard to get to problem ! Good for him 👏!

Aaron and his crew were a pleasure to work with and have in our home. Their work is top shelf, the best, and they took time to explain the installation and operations. It was a very comfortable experience both for us and our dog!

My AC went out in the middle of a heat wave. 90+ degrees. I immediately started to make calls to get estimates on a complete AC replacement. I contacted Hauser Heating&Air and I was fortunate enough to have Patrick Jenkins; (Comfort advisor). Who gave me an initial assessment along with pricing for an AC unit. Patrick was very professional, friendly, and honest. He worked with me to establish a payment plan for a complete AC and furnace install. Hauser heating and air prices were better than the five other competitors that I contacted.
On the day of the install, two technicians came out And they did a phenomenal job. One technician's name was; Brandon W Hundley who did an excellent job. Both technicians were well skilled and very professional. It was a very labor-intensive job and both technicians were up for the task.
Thank you Hauser Heating&Air for an outstanding experience all the way around. Would definitely recommend this company to be called FIRST if you're in need of AC services.

Zack was very friendly and knowledgeable worked very hard and the others with him did as well. Tool old heat pump and Ac out then installed new system in 1 day. Would recommend.

Finally had to replace the AC and furnace. The team came out did a great job. Knocked it out without a problem and my family and I are very appreciative and comfy.

Hi Dan. So far cooling is great and temp is holding. We had the temp set to 73 but moved it up to 75 because i was too cold 😆.

Alan was professional, on time, and made a long lasting great impression with me. He told me exactly what was wrong and advise the best options. I really am impressedwith how quickly Hauser was able to get to what I needed addressed.
