James was efficient and informative when he cleared our clogged pipes. He was upfront with pricing and finished the job within an hour showing up.

Responded quickly, assessed the issue and developed a plan to correct the problem, and did it. They were punctual and professional, made sure they left no mess, and made 100% sure the issue was corrected before departing. I needed a plumber. I saw an ad/coupon in the Val Pak. I looked up Blue Ash plumbers.… Felt confident they were a good company after reading reviews so I called and spoke with Maya. She was very helpful. They were quick to respond to my schedule. James came And very efficiently assessed my needs took care of my clog left everything as it was even better cleaned up some of my mess. He noticed my sump pump head come disconnected, so he took care of that for me as well! He went beyond the call of duty…I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much, James!!!

Had a toilet leak and fill valve go bad all at the same time. Called Five Star Plumbing about 7:30 am and they had a plumber at my house at around 12:30 pm. Very good response time. Very happy with that. Guillermo Rubke was the plumber. Very polite and professional. He looked at the problems and told me just what needed to be done. Very knowledgeable when it came to providing the solution to my problems. He walked me through the parts that would be needed and showed me the estimate so I would know what the cost would be. I accepted that and he went right to work. Had it all done in about an hour. Very impressed with this company. I recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Guillermo was prompt in getting to my house and once here he went to work fixing my sump pump. He didn’t try to sell me an expensive service plan and he didn’t overcharge me for the repair. I will definitely use Blue Ash Plumbing again!

I own a bar around the corner from them, called The Belle and The Bear, I called them last minute and explained that my men’s toilet wasn’t working and without a working toilet I couldn’t legally open, they switched things around and did everything they could to make it happen and they did! They had an amazing technician Aaron come out and fix everything quickly and precisely. They were all so kind and thoughtful from the moment the lady answered the phone to the goodbye from the Aaron. I was so incredibly impressed with this company and extremely thankful to them. They go above and beyond and that is very rare these days. Well done!

Good experience. Matt arrived one day after I called. It was very expensive to simply snake a drain ($309). The problem was resolved very quickly.
