Great service and work completed fast.

They refurbished our outdoor shed. Replaced the roof and cut off around the bottom of shed and replaced with metal skirting. They do a very good job and are very good to work with. Also took away a old metal shed and some junk that was in that shed.

Amilcar and crew installed three roofs on our rental houses this year. All were completed on time and on budget. Excellent work all around.

Amilcar and his team replaced a rubber roof that ties into the main tile roof. They did the job under extreme heat showing up on time and often working till dusk. You can count on this company to get the job done and done well.

I could not be happier than I am with the work Amilcar did on my house. The soffits and roof was so rotten that the roof and soffits had to be rebuilt from the framing up. He and his crew did such a wonderful job that I had them rebuild my side porch. Put in a new front door and picture window, painted the entire house and built new steps to our cellar. Amilcar was always positive and willing to please and he did. I feel like I have a new home. Thanks to Amilcar and his crew at Loyalty to neighbor for all you’ve done. I definitely will have other projects in the future.

Project manager kept in communication quickly and answered all questions. Took our time and had multiple quotes. I would recommend this company for gutter replacement as that is what we had done.

Our home was damaged during one of the big rain and wind events this April. The winds tore the facia off the peak. I contacted the “Loyalty to Neighbor” company. This was the first time I have used them. The sent a representative out the same day. I was given a reasonable quote and they scheduled my repair the next day. When the crew came out to do the repair it was pouring rain. That didn’t phase this crew one bit. They got the job done and it looked fantastic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
