I had an excellent experience with Total Appliance when my dishwasher stopped working. Their technician Antoine was knowledgeable, thorough, timely, and explained my options for repair. I highly recommend this company and technician! Will definitely use them if I have any future appliance repair needs.

The technician did a great job because Jenn Air sent the wrong part and he was able to use the parts of my old front panel of the stove and transfer it to the other part I was sent. He was done quickly and efficiently. Now I have a new front panel that isn’t dented. Thank you!

The fan on our Sub Zero Refrigerator went out, John our tech replaced it on the first visit and also adjusted the door. The unit works fine once again! Probably better!

An older dryer needed a safety sensor replaced. The technician was prompt and professional. He completed the job in a responsible amount of time. The office staff were on top of the schedule. I was very pleased with the job start to finish.

I have used total appliance repair for the last 15 years. Several months ago we bought a new KitchenAid refrigerator, which seemed to be extremely noisy. We just spent $2800 and we’re extremely disappointed as we’ve owned KitchenAid dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, and cooktops in the past and always been extremely satisfied. Our last KitchenAid Refrigerator lasted 20 years. I called KitchenAid under warranty three months in and they sent someone other than total appliance repair. On two different, occasions they told me these refrigerators are mass produced and we should expect them to be noisy. That’s just the way it is now, they don’t make them like they used to, I was told. Being extremely frustrated, I finally called KitchenAid warranty department a third time and insisted I wanted total Appliance to come out. They sent Brian out who is one of their veterans. He assured me that my brand new refrigerator fan was defective. He had one in his truck and replaced it on the spot. He resolved our issue and we are extremely pleased with our new refrigerator. So disappointed that KitchenAid didn’t send total Appliance out the first time. I knew that they could take care of me and that this was not acceptable level of noise for our new $2800 refrigerator. Thanks total appliance repair for coming to our rescue. We are so grateful. Bob Taussig

Brandon troubleshot our dishwasher, ordered the correct part and installed it. He recommended a cleaning solution when we asked. He was very pleasant, helpful and professional throughout the process!

Service was scheduled within two days of our Maytag Dryer breaking down.
Service Technician was on time and fixed the issue quickly. Very satisfied!

Matthew was on time he let me know exactly when he would arrive worked efficiently and did the repair in a timely fashion. He did a great job. Repair was free dryer was under warranty.

John was on time; diagnosed the problem quickly, and had the part in his van, so was able to complete the repair on the spot. I also had some questions for him about our noisy disposal. He took a look, told me what was going on, and gave me suggestions. Very helpful.

Total Appliance came to fix my range and inspect a beverage fridge. The service technician was very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions and to explain what he was doing.
