He also is able to explain the contract to us in a clear and concise way, and addresses issues as soon as they arise. His communication is consistent and professional, and he genuinely cares about making sure everything runs smoothly. It's reassuring to know we have someone reliable and responsive supporting our account. We've had a great experience working with Anago Cleaning thanks to his dedication and attention to detail.

Jeff and Chastity Schaffer have been very knowledgeable and super helpful when it comes to understanding the franchise industry and the way their business process works. The overall experience with Anago has been amazing. There have been some small hiccups with poor communication by former account reps, but each time I brought up a concern the customer experience team was on top of it to make sure it was corrected right away. The team we have cleaning our office now has been great and are always happy to make any adjustments (always small items) when I ask them. Very happy with our experience!

We worked with Anago for a year. The cleaning crew supervisors were great to work with consistently. We did have some quality issues but they worked to resolve them with us and were quick to work to resolve our concerns.
