Russ and also was very courteous, knowledgeable and capable. It's clear that both men have a lot of experience and I trusted their advice. They were also very patient with my questions.

Everyone at Approved Plumbing impressed me Jeff was honest about the best course for me to take with a malfunctioning dishwasher and gave me the name of a great appliance repair man. That's why I called Approved back when I knew I needed a plumber for a different job. Sharon was so friendly every time I talked with her, and her follow-up was excellent.

Excellent Service from scheduling to completing all our plumbing needs. Everyone is highly professional and very friendly. Goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. We highly recommend.

On 3/14/24 Russ F. and assistant Joe did a home plumbing inspection. Russ check my kitchen, laundry, basement, water heater and bath plumbing. He told me what was good, fair or what needed attention. He also gave me his recommendations and what I should look out for. I can always trust Russ F. and Approved Plumbing to be honest and not try to sell me something I do not need.

For the past 35 plus years I have called Approved Plumbing for every plumbing need. In 2020 Russ Fox did a beautiful job remodeling my bathroom. On Saturday (Sept 23, 2023) afternoon we smell gas by our furnace and called the gas co. The gas co had to shut off our gas due to the gas leak. We were told all the pipes had to be check for a gas leak before they would turn the gas back on. We called Approved Plumbing and spoke with Jeff. Jeff stated he would contact the person on call. Russ Brandy came within 2 hours and found 7 leaks in our home - many were in the ceiling. It took over 8 hours to find all of them. Needless to say we avoided an accident from happening. You can always count on Approved Plumbing for being professional, reliable, and leaving the area they worked on clean.

Sam came for an emergency at our house on a Monday eve. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He does excellent work and goes above and beyond. Sam has a positive attitude which is refreshing. We really appreciated all that Sam did to help us with our issue. Highly recommend Approved Plumbing and Sam!!!!

I have used Approved Plumbing twice and each time have been very happy with their work. Nick M. has been particularly helpful. Professional, thorough, hard working. He did a fine job this last time, and cleaned up nicely afterward. With my old house, I’ll probably be using them again !

I have had two projects done by Approved Plumbing. A toilet had to be replaced. It was done by Justin and his assistant. They did the job and removed all debris and left my house clean.
The second project was smaller and was done a few days later. It required replacing the drain hoses on my washing machine and repairing a water line valve. This time the service tech was Russ. Again, the job was done in a timely manner and my house was left clean.
I also talked to their dispatcher Jan. She was very helpful getting everything schedule .
This whole experience was very good for me. The people that did the work were friendly and answered all my questions. I am going to be a larger project later this year and I am definitely giving the job to Approved Plumbing.

All the team members at Approved Plumbing have been great, with Mike recently going above and beyond to improve our comfort level with a recent project. We had some questions and concerns but were all addressed with extreme promptness, expertise, and resolved quickly. Very appreciative to have him come by.

Justin and Russ did a fantastic job replacing the water heater in our basement during the storm last week, with our power out. They both did a fantastic job in explaining issues and have gotten the job done in the same day. Everyone at ApprovedPlumbing does a great job at ensuring you understand and are comfortable with any fixes that need to be made. They waved the service fee with replacement costs, waved a future service fee on a few possible areas should the need arise, and provided additional warranties on their fixes on top of the manufacturer's.

I had a drain problem and called Approved plumbing, set appointment, they showed up on time and explained what they were going to do. From start to finish they were outstanding all the way around. The technicians were awesome, went above and beyond. I will recommend them to all. Thank you Approved Plumbing!

Had them out for two jobs and one emergency call at our office building and couldn't be happier. Our building is about 25 years old and presented some unique challenges which Nick, Sam, Jeff, and their assistants handled flawlessly. During our biggest job (which was an after-hours shutdown), Nick and Jeff really went above and beyond to ensure the job got done and got done right. I work with a lot of contractors and it has been quite some time since I've worked with any with the level of workmanship and professionalism that these folks have. I absolutely recommend them for any work anyone could need.

The technician arrived right on time. He was very professional explaining the situation to me. He went through several troubleshooting efforts and provided me with several alternatives to resolve my issue. My issue was with my well and he said that Approved Plumbing doesn't always work on wells, therefore referred me to several local plumbers who are more experienced dealing with wells. I would recommend Approved Plumbing and Nick (technician) to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

My tankless water heater broke over the weekend! I called Sunday morning and Jeff returned my call within the hour and helped get me on the schedule immediately. I had someone at my house Monday, 10:00am. Nick (the technician) was fantastic, he called to go over pricing and options before anything was done. We agreed on the best way to move forward and he actually helped save me some money. He was nice, down to earth and respectful. I will absolutely call Approved Plumbing for any future needs and I will recommend to all my family & friends!

I requested that Approved Plumbing send someone with experience because my H.W. tank was making very loud noises. I am pleased to say that Russ Fox and Joe were the best team that I could have had, because Russ checked out my dishwasher and bath room shower. He decided to install a "hammer" device on the dishwasher line and replaced the H.W. tank. I had previously used a large well known plumbing company, but their only solution was to install a pressure regulator on my cold water feed line. Russ checked our cold water pressure and said that we did not need a regulator. Approved Plumbing has a new customer.

Also, Jenny, the receptionist was very efficient in listening to my needs and sending out someone that I would like.

I use Approved Plumbing for my plumbing problems. Joe was great, he was courteous, knowledgeable and fixed my shower drain. I would recommend Approved Plumbing for your plumbing problems.

Russ and Vince from the Broadview Hts shop answered my service call earlier than was scheduled (which was great). Very nice, guys. Russ inspected my water tank and heater (had no hot water) and investigated to find that it wasn’t the heater at all, but the gas company had turned of my gas without notification due to a leak and repaired it, again without notification and failed to turn it on without me calling.

Russ was willing to stay if needed to check everything but it turned out the gas company took car of testing appliances once the gas was back on.

I’ve used Approved Plumbing a number of times over the years and they have always been a great company to work with.
