Very Professional company. My furnace broke and they came out right away and estimated what needed to happen. Within days they installed a brand new furnace. Owner made several trips on site during the process. Love doing business with your company.

The guys were polite & professional. I had a new furnace & hot water tank installed, it was listed as a 1 1/2 day job, they had us up & running by dinner time the same day. I would highly recommend this company!

They installed a generator for us last year. Power surge on July 3rd caused an issue with the generator. It was running because transfer switch tripped & inside wires were burned up. I called on July 4th at 6:40 AM & the owner of the company answered my call then came out two times on the holiday to fix our generator & ensure we wouldn’t be without power in case of a storm over weekend. Great service!

Andy was very helpful and gave me solutions for my problems. He explains everything and even came out on a Sunday for an emergency when the company that installed my generator would not. I would definitely use them in the future and for any generator or electrical needs.

I have used ARP at all 3 homes I have owned over 20 years. They are the absolute best. Always responsive. Always on time. Always professional. I wouldn't use anyone else.

On afternoon of July 3rd this year, the second unit from 1992 stopped working
His office staff were helpful in talking us through measures we could try until they could make it out.
Despite a heat wave and a heavy work load, Andy made it out first thing on July 4 th

We got our new Lenox 98% efficiency furnace and thermostat from ADL Heating eight weeks ago. We’ve been cozy ever since, even in the most frigid weather, with perfect humidity and none of the cold spots in our house we previously experienced. The ADL furnace installation was efficient and quick. (A visitor wanted to stand and admire the orderly installation.) Everything on the installation is squared up nicely to the eye. The copper tubes and polyethylene tubing are fastened neatly and snugly. Needless to say, we are very pleased and have been especially well served by ADL Heating.

I've used ARP heating and cooling for years. The entire crew and office staff are as good as they get. They are always on time and call ahead to confirm. They are respectful while working in or outside my home. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys are great! My 27 year old furnace died right after Christmas. They came out immediately to try and help. The first time they didn't have the part needed to do the repair so they did not charge me for the visit. They came out the next day and we discovered the part was no longer made. They got the old furnace running until it could be replaced, again no charge. The technicians were very professional and polite. During the installation they showed up when they said they said they would and were very neat, and respectful of my home. The owner personally came to check on the installation. The owner was understanding and very helpful as was his office staff. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will be a customer for life.

We called ARP and they were able to come out next day and fix our condensation pump on our AC unit. We had Tony. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Replaced the pump for us and added an outlet to the unit in about an hour and a half. Cost was very reasonable as well.

Heroes drive white vans and go by Andy. We woke up on 30 degree Thanksgiving morning to no heat. My wife was 8 months pregnant, our 3 year old wasn't happy, and we had a turkey to bake. Being new home owners, we hesitantly called the number on our furnace at 7am. To our surprise, someone answered and by 8am Andy, the ARP owner, was in our basement fixing our furnace. He entertained our toddler with step-by-step instructions throughout the repair. Look no further than ARP for all your heating and cooling needs...we know we won't.

I want to thank Andy and his staff for being understanding and cooperative, with my situation. I was having my home waterproofed, so the front yard looked like a war zone. I made sure ARP was kept in the loop as to what was going on and if I needed anything. When the time came for the installation of my furnace and ac system, his guys were very professional. They did most of the work on Friday before the July 4th holiday and had ac. They finished up on Tues the 6th. If anyone needs a recommendation for furnace, ac or other HVAC work without hesitation I will say "Call ARP' Thanks Andy

I was impressed with his methodical approach,  knowledge, and professionalism.  Every step of the process from the initial discussion of purchase options to the installation of my furnace, A/C and thermostat was a 5-Star experience.The team of install technicians were friendly, punctual and highly professional.  I felt at ease during the entire process. The team of three technicians were top notch. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up after they finished. Every operational detail of the HVAC system was throughly explained.

I have been using them for years now. Service technicians are top notch, clean up after service well and are on time. This time my aged furnace died, and they were able to install a new heater and a/c the next day. I couldn't be happier. Front office has always been helpful and cheerful on the phone.

ARP is an outstanding HVAC company! The technician on my last call (Tony G, aka T3) has been out to my home before to complete the yearly service work on my furnace and air conditioner. My air conditioner stoped working in the middle of the hottest month of summer, as they usually do. Charlie was fast, responsive, and affordable. They were more affordable by a mile and installed a full HVAC in less than a day. I can't recommend ARP enough. I will use ARP Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs!

I had Mitsubishi ductless heat pump system installed and so glad I went with ARP Heating & Air Conditioning as the Diamond installer. Had an issue with one of the units and Andy and staff fought to have it replaced. Mitsubishi after many phone calls replaced the unit under warranty and ARP installed it as soon as the unit was received. The crew installed the whole system that looked great no mess and so knowledgeable about the system. I can't thank them enough for such quality knowledge and service! Every member of the staff was so professional. Thanks to Andy and his staff!
