Mario was great. Showed me things that need done to keep my furnace/air-conditioned working properly. Did not pressure me to do anything but explained it very clearly. He was a very soft spoken gentleman. I would recommend Mario and I will have him back to do a job he suggested.

09/04/25- Isiah came out and did a wonderful job giving us a great quote and assured us a speedy return time to get our hot water tank installed! I love these guys!

9/27/25 Chet was very knowledgeable about what was going on with my furnace a d told me the solution. He was very professional. I would recommend Blind and Sons to everyone

My service technician Frank Waugh repaired a problem that my furnace has had and getting worse for a very long time. Frank ordered and installed the correct parts to repair the problem. I would highly recommend Blind and Sons for your HVAC needs. Their technicians are the very best.

Landon Morris was very thorough in checking multiple places both upstairs, downstairs and on the main level to see if there actually was an electrical problem which he did not find. The heat emitting from the wall near the light switch was determined to be from the heating duct running through that wall.
I suspected it might be the reason but felt good it was confirmed by a professional electrician.

Going forward on other areas that Blind covers I will consider this company and recommend Blind as well as Landon to other friends.

One of the BEST experiences with a company !! Our tech Craig & his contacts were as professional as you kind find , almost over qualified, and solved our problems beyond expectations. Blînd & Sons sent different crews to work on our plumbing issues. Every guy there was quite productive at their job tasks. Craig the plumber was our Hero !! What a through & through good person. Patrick from Blind & Sons helped me design outdoor lighting that worked perfectly. The install could not have been easier as he worked through the day and kept me updated. Super professional, efficient and willing to answer all of my questions. I will definitely be looking to them again for any of our house updates or fixes. Thanks!

This company does a great job. I’ve never had an issue with any service person. They make useful recommendations but don’t force a sale. I’ve been using them for about 3 years now. I would definitely recommend.

The technician that stopped today Hershel McAtee did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and detailed in both his work and explanation of options. We felt very confident with the information provided .

Great service. Austin was very professional and fair.. Andrew and Logan did a great job installing the Govee lights :). First time for both!! They did a great job, and call these guys if you need outside lights installed :)

I met Isaiah at our property this afternoon regarding a frozen main sewer line. Very helpful in getting the required plumbing repair services coordinated and was able to connect me with a restoration company to help our cleanup / recovery efforts. His professionalism was very appreciated.

I would recommend Blind & Sons to anyone. I like the fact that they send a text with information regarding the tech and notify you that they are on their way. Our tech, Mario, was professional and did a thorough and efficient check of our furnace. He made us aware of any issues and recommended how to proceed.

Karl was very helpful including providing information that saved us from making an appliance purchase that wouldn’t have worked. His work on our gas line was thorough and well done. He was genuine and honest throughout. We’ll definitely use him in the future.

Frank is a very thorough technician. He explained everything he was doing. He gave me advice about my heating system. He checked the air conditioner unit outside because of its age. He found wire damage due to mice and suggested to get work done before it's too late. I am very satisfied with the quality of Frank's work.

Furnace was not working and temp in our house was 43F. Called several HVAC companies and Blind & Sons responded within 10 minutes and scheduled a technician for same day service. Within an hour, they called and said a technician would arrive within 40 minutes. Hershel McAtee arrived about 30 minutes later and within ten minutes diagnosed the issue and corrected it. What great service!! Hershel was courteous and very professional and I will not hesitate to contact Blind & Sons for future HVAC service.

Deontae G. and Nicholas K. worked well together as a team to remove my old furnace and AC system, and installed the new equipment at my home, and I could not be more impressed with their service. They were diligent, polite and respectful not only to me but to each other throughout the process. Their work ethic was outstanding! They worked straight through, over 7 hours without taking a lunch break. The quality of their work and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I appreciate their exceptional service and highly recommend them.

Blind & Sons sent someone out fairly quickly. The tech Mario took the time to explain the issues with my furnace and was thorough with his inspection. It ended up being way more affordable than I first thought.

Patrick Welsh was great! It was a relatively easy repair for him (at least it seemed), and he came in, knocked it out, and that was it! Didn't take long at all, and I love it when guys dont feel the need to talk to me for 30min. He handled it like a pro! Great service and a good price!
