Came same Day to get the heat up and running then ordered the part. He needed to fix it right and came back after Christmas and fixed it. Very nice, professional, and reasonable would highly recommend.

Big shout out to Joel Lukacik with Nextgen Mechanical LLC. For 1, answering my phone call on a rooftop in a snow storm Friday. And 2, installing a new furnace in our house in under 24hrs. If you need any HVAC work done do not hesitate to call you won't be disappointed!

This was the best experience we could have asked for in a HVAC service call. Joel came out within an hour of us calling him on Thursday night. After spending an hour or two trying to get our furnace working he found a bad control board. He searched around that night for one but it was late and everywhere was closed. He had a temporary fix for the board so we were warm that night and then the next morning he had a quote and the part ready to go. Our issue was resolved in less than 24 hours and he was very professional and thorough and explained what he was doing during the whole process. We will recommend him to anyone who needs HVAC work. I'm a first time home owner and this is the first winter in my new (to me) home.
Of course my furnace stopped working during the recent cold. Everything seemed fine when I left for work, but coming home I could tell something was wrong.
I called Next gen and Joel said he would be there within an hour.
Going into all of this I was freaking out, no idea what was wrong or how bad it was going to be.

Joel walked me thru everything he was doing and explained what was going on and what he was doing. It ended up being an ignitor and that was a part he had on his van.
I mentioned I was a first time home owner, Joel walked me around the basement and pointed out key things I should know about in case of emergencies. How to shut off water to the house, shut off the gas and electric.
Joel was totally awesome, made my house warm again and taught me some important things to know about my house.

Cant say enough good about Nextgen and the owner Joel. Friendly, fast service and knowledgeable as can be. My furnace was acting up recently, would fail to fire randomly. He had it running better than ever in no time at all. I will never hesitate to refer anyone to Nextgen for any of their hvac needs!
