Great company. Super responsive and refreshingly honest. All the technicians were knowledgeable and very friendly. They were very conscious of cleanliness and respectful of the home. Would use them a 100x’s over!

Where to start. These guys are amazing! Our A/C stopped working in the middle of the last heatwave. Jason and another tech came out within the hour , looked things over and figured out the cause. They got our A/C running, then did a complete inspection of the system. We determined it was time to replace everything due to age and other issues found during the inspection. Jason measured our home and provided an estimate while explaining everything needed and why. He really made it easy to understand. Once we agreed to get the work done, we were scheduled about a week later.

The team showed up on time, looked everything over as it was their first time here and got to work. They use shoe covers to protect your floors, put heavy drop clothes down over the entire path they would travel and were diligent to prevent our cats from getting out by mistake. Considering the work being done, they were pretty quiet doing it. I can't say how beautiful our new system is. We had 20+ year old equipment so they had to run intake and exhaust lines for the new high efficiency furnace. Every pipe, line and wire has been run with the most strict attention to detail you can imagine, with perfect angles, properly dressed and secured in place.

When they were finished, the tech showed me how to not only use the new thermostat, but everything I needed to know about our new system. Then they turned the furnace on and made adjustments to ensure it worked as designed, including measuring for carbon monoxide to make sure there were no issues. After that, we switched it to A/C and made sure everything worked as it should. Then they cleaned up the entire area to the point it was like they were never there. Also, their office personnel made sure to register our system for the warranty and called us to let us know so we didn't even have to think about it. As an aside, the city building inspector made it clear he was impressed with how everything looked.

I called the installer of my 8 year old A/C unit and he has not returned my call and it has been 3 days. Frustrated, I called On The Spot Heating and Cooling and within 3 hours, from my initial call, they have my unit running. Robert was knowledgeable and gave me suggestions for taking care of my unit. I also felt their prices were fair and honest. Loretta was pleasant to deal with and she kept me informed on when my technician would be at my home. On The Spot will be my first call next time!

On the Spot saved the day today. My air conditioner went out this week and another local company was not interested in fixing it, only trying to sell me a new system. Off of a recommendation I called On the Spot this morning.. and before 11am they showed up at my house. After a quick inspection of my equipment.. it was determined it was a rather quick fix and my AC was back up and running. Jeff was very professional… and I can’t remember her name at the moment but the lady working at the office offered great customer service.. and was a big help in the process. Price of the repair also seemed reasonable as well.

Arrived shortly after phone call, and had heater fixed in no time. I am very grateful for the tech that was sent out.

From providing quote, purchase, install, and clean up the process was excellent. Owner stopped by and took interest in quality. Would strongly recommend.

Had our A/C stop working. They were able to get us scheduled same day. The technician was really nice, professional and knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing and the Prices were really fair.

Our service from start to finish was phenomenal! I called saying our ac isn’t working and someone was out here 15mins later to take a look. Robert was great, knowledgeable, and quick to replace what was broken. The receptionist on the phone was so nice and caring as well.

Saved my bacon! They responded on a Friday evening during 10 degree weather when my furnace had stopped working! Thank goodness for On The Spot :)

Called On The Spot yesterday at noon about our AC fan not running. Josh showed up an hour later, replaced one part that was going bad and came back the next day with a new fan motor. Quick and painless. Josh also offered insight into how to get more life out of my AC unit, general upkeep, as well as explaining how the AC unit worked. Overall a good experience and glad we used them.

Im so glad I went with On the Spot for my furnace/AC installation. The employees were easy to work with, friendly and efficient from the start. The install is very neat and tidy. They did a great job in a short amount of time. 5 stars to On the Spot.

Furnace blowing cold air. I called and tech was there in under 2, keeping me posted when he would arrive. The house was 48 degrees.
He took apart the unit, isolated the problem(s) and discussed what and why problem happened. Part needed is a warranty item and they are following up on it Monday and possibly sizable refund. I’m sold as these guys, items repaired and an education. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Only folks I will call !

Highly recommend! Came out on a cold Saturday night to do a temporary furnace repair so I would have heat! And got a new furnace ordered and answered all my questions. Good people!
