Our hot water heater gave up the ghost over the Fourth of July weekend and Wally was out to our house promptly with a replacement unit. I can't say enough positive things about Tip Topp, and if I could give more than five stars I would! They are professional, courteous, friendly, quick to respond, and their prices won't break the bank. Thanks so much, Wally!

I can count on Tip Topp ( Wally ) . Knock on wood I never needed him for a major repair but he has cleaned our furnace and air conditioner. Wally is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him by far .

Wally came out about a month ago to help us when our furnace decided to stop working suddenly (What you get when it's from 1991!) Anyways, he helped us make the decision to ultimately replace the furnace. Super professional and nice, didn't try to upsell anything or push the new furnace on us. Wally and the crew installed a tankless hot water system. The quality of the install reveals a professional who takes tremendous pride in his work. The system works perfectly and between removing the old tank and installing the new system, I don’t think a single drop of water hit the ground. Wow! Tip Topp is the way to go!

Tip Topp heating and cooling are extremely quick and thorough. Wally was at my house on Tuesday to look at my hot water tank, took the time to explain why I needed a new one, and had the new one installed, with removal of the old one, the very next day. Wally came out on a Thursday and informed us that we were in need of a new heating system. We were given options and pricing out the door with no pressure to buy anything. We choose to have a new two stage system put in. They told us we had a two stage but had one stage thermostat installed and they would bring us a new one. They up the install on Saturday because we have small kids and they wanted to make sure they had heat. They installed in a few hours and our new system has been awesome. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I will give all of my business to them and recommend them. It was an amazing job and we will use them again in the future.
