I couldn’t ask for a better team than Aqua Masters. Squirrels had gotten INSIDE my home while I was away. They tore up curtains, gnawed through cabinets and doors, and left droppings in every room.
From my very first call, the team was great, working with me remotely, providing advice, and customizing the remediation plan so I could do some things on my own (like cleaning all the bedding).
Every person I met on this team was awesome. They cleaned and disinfected everything, and I mean EVERYTHING - every surface, every painting, every knick knack, and even the chandeliers. They repaired the cabinet and door damage. And they did all this within the timeframe requested so I could still host a party I had previously planned.
I had no concerns at all about moving back into my house. The silver lining in to Great Squirrel Invasion is that my house is in better condition now than before the incident.
You don’t need the impersonal, big-name, national companies (ServePro, Paul Davis). They may do a great job too, but they can’t do any better than this local company.

We had the unfortunate experience of having a dishwasher leak which required immediate service. Bob (owner) and his team were quick to respond and even there within a few hours. They acted quickly, were fully transparent about the process, and very easy to work with. They made working with insurance a breeze. Aside from working fast, they made sure the job was done right! I couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Had Aqua Master out for a job drying some drywall and flooring this last winter. Super professional and explained everything in full detail. Also had a really cool minimally invasive drying system setup that helped save in repair costs later on.

This review is long over due. I interviewed a few water response teams for the work that needed to be done to my basement. After interviewed 6 companies, to me it was hands down Aqua Master. I did not choose the cheapest bid, but I choose who I felt was being up front with me and not sugar coating anything about what may be found after tearing out a part of my basement that had a raised floor and was finished. After doing all that, drying out my basement and santizing it, the owner took all the time needed to answer my questions and concerns which allowed me to determine next steps that i may need to have done. He even took the time out to determine what "possibly" the rain water was coming in from (he was actually correct). So what I said before, that I did not choose the cheapest bid I got. Well as it turns out the final bill was way lower than any of the bids, but for me it was not just about that, (even though that does come into some consideration), but more about how does this company treat me and talk to me and shows genuine care in their work and their customers. This company does!!!

Vitaliy came to the rescue when I had a clean water flood in my basement and I didn't know what to expect having never experienced a flood before. He stayed day and night to make sure everything was handled meticulously, I have never seen a work ethic like this before in my life and I deal with vendors daily. Since then, I've hired him to do work for my family's company, relatives and myself - I guess if one thing positive came out of my basement flood it was that I was introduced to the most dedicated company with which I've ever dealt. He is always on time, any job he does is perfect, his costs are very reasonable and there is no one I would recommend more highly.

Outstanding service when I really needed someone to come in and review the water damage in my home. Service was quick and personnel are friendly.

I originally called roto-rooter, but was put in a queue where I wouldn’t receive service for another few weeks. When I called aqua master pro they came out the next day.

Great job on our carpets! Those carpets are much older than they should be and have seen years of use (abuse?) from kids and pets. We are very pleased with how AquaMaster was able to do what we thought was impossible in getting them clean. Much better than I even hoped for and something I could never do myself.

Bob cleaned our family room, stairway, upstairs hallway and 4 bedrooms. Carpets had not been cleaned in over 5 years, soiled with pet and kid stains. They look brand new!

We had a plumber’s error flood our home a few months ago and AquaMaster proved to be extremely responsive and knowledgeable. Bob not only used air movers to dry out our basement, he knew where to place them for maximum ventilation. His communication skills are superb and he was a wealth of information about next steps after the initial problem was mitigated. They were exactly what we needed during a stressful situation. In short, top tier expertise at a price we could afford.

We have had Stanley Steamer clean our carpet before, never put blocks under our furniture and when moved today there were rust stains! With Aqua Master, all stains were removed, styrofoam blocks under all furniture and carpet looks beautiful! Great Job!!
