I could not be happier with the work performed by Pride. I had central air conditioning installed on Friday 4/14. The guys arrived early and completed the job timely. The cost was exactly what I was quoted. The men were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them! Thanks guys!

We can honestly give Pride a very high recommendation. The staff is courteous and professional and the technicians do very good work and provide explanations and answers to any questions.

We bought a house in Canal Fulton in 2021. The furnace was older, but Pride came out promptly when we had problems. Seth cleaned the flame sensor and Dakota came out on a Saturday morning to clean a vent stack. Dakota expertly discussed a crack in the heat exchanger and took the time to take CO readings at all of the heating discharge vents before he left.

We contacted Pride to get a quote for a new furnace and A/C unit. Jim quoted us a very fair price for the replacement and Dakota and Brendan arrived on May 5 to do the work. They completed the work in less than six hours and did a great job of cleaning things up and removing the old equipment.

They are a very good place to work with.

Great service. I was told by another company that I needed to replace my furnace. I called them to replace my furnace and they told me my furnace was actually in great condition.

I called pride to do inspection of my very old air conditioning system . It hadn’t worked right since we bought the house 1 year ago. Never blew cold air . I was worried that it would need replaced . The technician Mike came out and confirmed it needed some adjustments. The bill was very reasonable , he was quick and efficient and extremely kind and courteous . I was very impressed with prides expertise and professionalism. We finally have super cold air!! They could have pushed to replace.. but they care , are local and honest . I will be using pride again , and again and when it DOES need replaced I will be using them .

Well after waiting two weeks and several different companies my parents called Pride. Within 24 hours my parents were able to go from no a/c or prospects of getting it fixed to Jacob and Chris working their butts off for 12 hrs to make sure my parents did not have to go one more night in the over 100 degree temperatures. I am so grateful my parents found Pride. If you or anyone you know needs heating, cooling and all the other services they provide use Pride you will not regret it!!

We have been having a rough week and they came even when they didn't have time yesterday to help us! They found the leak and we are warm again today! Thank you so much to the entire staff!

Great service team. Pride does good work. The woman who answers the phone is rude and does not care about you or your issues. I was told " I don't have time for this" when I called to ask a question about the invoice. Their office customer service needs a lot of work.

Waited well over a month on a gentlemen for the purchase of a fleet van agreed to a price and agreed to do deal. Contacted the employee again for details he told me it was gone his boss sold it. Called secretary to find out detail of sale and why when we agreed to a sale. She had no idea and thought it had been sold also. Woke up this morning to a nasty email from employee that was extreemly unprofessional and threatening. Will be contacting the company and forwarding screen shots of entire conversation from employee to company and perusing action.
