The owner Jacob kept me notified of when he was arriving and when he got delayed due to issues at another job.. he always let me know!!! Today most contractors don’t communicate… they just leave you hanging … you don’t know if they’re ever coming to starting the job… or if you should look elsewhere. That was a big plus for me!
