I'm very happy with the service, professionalism, and value that I received. They arrived at my home within a few hours of my contacting them. They found and fixed the problem quickly and made sure that it was working before they left. The cost was less than I expected, and they didn't try to upsell me or talk me into extra services. I'm so thrilled that something in my aging home was fixed without a hassle!

I have been dealing with these guys for 8 years or so, they are 2nd to no one. They are always on time and do excellent work. I wish I could rate them more stars!

So far so good on the electrical work, but very poor rating for the mess they left behind. Huge chunks of mud left all over my laundry room and the large staples from previous electrical panel could have ruined my sweeper had I not seen them first!!! Please wear covers on your shoes and treat other people’s home with respect.

Did not return my call.

Their trucks are marked so at least I can call them out on their poor driving skills. Too busy texting a driving to care about the safety of the people around them.

There's a guy who drives truck L56 that I encounter every morning on 256 in pickerington. This dude tailgates like he's in MadMax. In and out of lanes like Tokyo drift. He creates an intimidating morning commute for plenty! I've contacted your office multiple times about this man and his early morning antics... And I guess nothing is being said or done. So here I am on a review!

So one of their workers had to take a day to take care of his ailing wife, she can’t drive, so he had to take day off to take care of her drive her around doctors offices, and so forth, and this company apparently gave him a really hard time. Making him document, doctors, notes, etc. or otherwise they were gonna do him for the day and if he had so many of these, they were gonna fire him.

Take care of your employees because they take care of your customers, and employees and customers take care of the owners not the other way around
