Absolutely LOVE this team! They are prompt, professional and very patient. They have been out to our house twice, and their team has always been honest and upfront about all maintenance and recommendations. NEVER an upsell or unnecessary recommendation. And their annual maintenance plan is an exceptionally good deal. Plus, it gets you PRIORITY house calls in the event of an emergency. They were bery helpful in explaining our whole-house humidifier operation. So glad we called them!

They did a great job replacing the contactor on our A/C unit. Had the job done within 2 hours at a reasonable price!

Mike arrived on time, was professional and respectful of my time. He was thorough in his diagnosis and presented options for repair in a low-pressure, factual manner. I appreciate the lack of high-pressure “sell ‘em a new one” tactics.

Jesse was one of the nicest and most professional techs I’ve ever dealt with. Furnace went out on a Friday afternoon in a house we just moved into. Having a first time pregnant wife, this was not ideal.

Jesse came out on a Saturday and fixed the issue 15 minutes before family arrived in from out of town.

10/10 recommend. I called a few places and only ones that responded for a weekend call.

These guys are friendly and efficient, nothing but great work from CW H&C! You know you are getting honest work at a fair price. They take the time to explain what they need to do, give you a solid quote and then do the work right.

Canal has been great! Installed a new AC unit that was amazing. Later we discovered a Freon leak, and they rushed out same day (20 mins after I called as they were concerned I shouldn’t been dealing with an issue on a new install so they wanted to make sure it was done right immediately l). I couldn’t be happier.

While I hope to not have to use them again, if I do have a problem they would be my first and only choice.

We've been pleased with the way work has been done. The tech has been friendly, polite and took care not to make any mess, including wearing clean show covers while in the house. They have been honest and up front about needed repairs and helpful in response to our asking about adding a whole house humidifier.

Everyone did a Fantastic Job! They fit us in on tight schedule. Professional, respectful of property, and friendly. Incredible workman ship and cleaned everything up when they were done. Very happy with our choice

DJ was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely transparent. He explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand and gave us multiple discounts. He answered all of our questions and gave us tips and tricks to extend the life of our HVAC system. I will be using DJ/Canal Winchester Heating and Cooling for any future repairs!

Fantastic customer service both at the call center and by the tech! I called before lunch and dispatch was able to set a same day appointment. He even called as a courtesy when he finished early at the previous job to ask if we would like an earlier appointment. Who doesnt want an earlier appointment when their AC is out? :)

If I remember correctly, Cory was the tech's name that came out to our home. He found the error another contractor made and was able to get my AC running in minutes for a very reasonable price! He was thorough in his explanation of our system and provided information on how to best maintain it in the future. If we have any other AC/heat needs, I will definitely call them again.

Called around 730 at night and they were able to schedule me for 8 am the next morning. They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed my issue. Friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future for all my HVAC needs

I called about my AC going down right as a heat wave was starting & they had a tech that was able to come out on Sunday morning. He was on time, friendly, and very knowledgable about the system. He was able to fix it quickly!!!!

Hard working young men. take pride in work they preform. Hard to find someone that takes pride in what they do. You don't want to loose these two.I would give them a eleven on a scale 1 to 10

Repairman was patient, diligent, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained clearly what he found, and while it was a minor issue he cautioned me that it might not be long before more serious repairs, or replacement, arises. Offered me a maintenance plan, but did not pressure me when I politely declined.

We had an excellent experience with the technician DJ installing our new Ecobee thermostat. We’ve been needing a new thermostat and had been putting it off for a while because we didn’t know who to call. Really glad we found these guys and would call them again in a heartbeat.
