Ryan was fantastic, friendly and willing to make sure that we were up and running ASAP. Multiple times now, Hey Neighbor has been there to get our heating and AC functional again when other companies don't even bother to pick up the phone. They're our go-to provider in the area.

Ryan was at our home for the AC tune up. He is very friendly, efficient, and thoroughly explained the work performed today!! Thank you as always for the great service!

Ryan knows his job well. He educated me on keeping cooler clean. He knew right away what the problem was. He checked to make sure everything was working. He also informed me about r22 no longer made. He is friendly and personable.

Darnell was on time. He is very personable and was easy to talk to. He quickly identified the problem and quickly fixed my furnace. Fair prices and good quality work. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

Darnell went above and beyond today ensuring that his job was more than just a basic service call for my family. He took his time and made sure that all of our questions were answered and definitely went above and beyond normal customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend him as well as the company he now represents to all of my family members and Friends.

Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday and I called a few places and only Hey Neighbor answered and got me scheduled for the same weekend, all for a fair price. The tech came out and was professional and knowledgeable and helped fix our furnace for less than what the other companies wanted to charge just to come out and take a look. We will be sticking with Hey Neighbor for our heating and cooling needs going forward. Highly recommend!

Hey Neighbor Heating and Cooling responded immediately after my call to the company regarding a problem with our furnace. Ron was friendly and very knowledgeable and explained the problem with our furnace and gave us options for repairs. He gave us a quote for a new furnace within a few minutes and told us we would be able to have the new furnace installed the next day.
Mike and Zade arrived promptly the next day for the new furnace installation. They were friendly, polite, and answered all of our questions. Mike explained how the new furnace would function and what we should expect, based on it's performance. They cleaned up after they were finished and told us to call if we had any problems.
Unfortunately, we did have a minor hiccup with the furnace, and Mike and Zade returned promptly to determine what the problem was. Within 45 minutes, the problem was found and resolved.
We are very satisfied with our new furnace and will not hesitate to use this fine company again.

Darnell the tech was very professional, Reponsive, he was on time , very friendly, didn't mine answering any questions asked. My husband had three strokes, he still involved him also in what was going on and what needed to be done. I liked that. Keep up the good work Darnell.

So we have the warranty through dominion for our furnace. We called Wednesday and y'all sent out Darnell he was an absolute professional. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the part, your office girl called and scheduled the appt right away. Darnell came back out today and I stalled the part. Again super professional, he called 15 min before he got here arrived on time and I stalled the part right away. He made sure the furnace worked right. I appreciate the business and professionalism from the appt setter to Darnell.
We need a tune up on the a/c and furnace. We will be calling in April for that ac tune up.

Our tech found the problem with our A/C unit quickly and he explained it to us in detail. He was very polite, and not in a hurry to leave . He showed me what he repaired when he was done with the job. His personality was excellent and he certainly is a credit to the company. We will definitely be using them again in the future. Great job !!

Darnell was very professional and courteous. He found the issue, fixed it and made sure he tested it repeatedly before he left. This was by far the best furnace repair experience I have ever had. I cannot recommend him enough.

The initial technician Darnell was excellent and professional in quickly diagnosing our issue. The sales team lead by Steve was knowledgeable and felt trustworthy. I appreciated the crew lead by Dre who installed the furnace and AC today and for helping to install the thermostat. They were friendly and professional. I plan to continue using this company in the future.

Long-story short: I had an issue with my AC not cooling my home and running for over 20 hours straight... Darnell to the rescue!

From the front-door to departure, Darnell was fantastic!
He was considerate of my home and property during his visit, he was very thorough during his diagnostics making certain that I wouldn't need a return visit (until it was time for a preventative service call) and he even took the time to explain what he was doing so I understood what I was paying for at the end of the service call.

We discovered my system had no coolant. Rather than simply topping it off and leaving, Darnell took the time to make sure I also didn't have any leaks by checking the entire system both under pressure and vacuum.

The owner was very pleasant when I spoke with them on the phone and scheduling was (luckily) same day.

Ron came out yesterday afternoon and looked at our old furnace. It was time to replace it, and this morning, Mike, Jeff, and Nick came out and did just that. Great service all around! Highly recommended!

Ryan did a great job. He explained everything to me, what he was doing and why. He let me know about the maintenance program and set me up with the program. I would recommend him and the company to anyone.
