This review is very specific and pertaining to one experience only. That experience is my conversation with the manager Dan at the Canton Branch. After being with Trugreen for over 17 years and the past three or four years service so bad I should have cancelled I finally after all that time was able to talk to the manger at the branch in Canton. Dan listened to my complaints, and was patient with me as my frustrations came out in our conversation. We talked about my reasons for being angry, and he agreed as a customer he could surely understand that. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and I ended the conversation with him feeling as if finally things with Trugreen and their service would get back to the reason I had kept them for over 17 years. We will see! Again this review is for Dan, and I wanted to thank him for his help, and I suspect if Trugreen can get more people like him this company can get back to being the company I contracted with 17 years ago to service my lawn. Thankyou Dan, only time will tell now, but thank you for your time.

Shawn Brooks is the BEST we requested him as our technician and will continue to for years to come. Answers our questions and quality of work is great

I purchased the Mosquito program and it worked perfectly and my dog who is allergic to everything had no reaction. Win win Love this company ❤️

We have used TruGreen for years... we have the most beautiful lawn in the neighborhood! Our technicians meet with us every time they visit and discuss our concerns. We trust their guidance! Our neighbors have recently signed up with TruGreen because our lawn is awesome!

Anthony came out today and was extremely thorough. He was outstanding in his application detail and very pleasant to speak with. Explained everything he did in a clear articulate manner.

Our lawn has been disregarded for a ling time but it is revitalizing now that trugreen is taking care of it

Serenity accomplished my shrub appointment today while I was out of town. I can always count on her to do a Great job. My job summary is always complete & thorough. Extremely satisfied customer.

Justice Coleman always takes the time to chat about the lawn with me. He asks if I am having any specific issues. He is a very professional gentleman! Justice gets 5 thumbs up from me!!!

I received texts the day before my service and additional texts the day of to keep me informed of expected time of arrival as well as a text to say he had arrived. Alex R came to the door and introduced himself and began the service. He completed the service and left receipts with notes regarding sone things noticed. Very happy with the communication via texts. Alex was friendly, performed the service as expected. Thank you!

The lawn spray technician was very knowledgeable and explained to me the product he would be applying to the lawn. I also appreciate getting the text knowing when they are coming in advance and the Trugreen app which shows me the status of my lawn care services etc. I'm looking forward to an improved lawn this summer!

First time using TruGreen Lawn Care. I've had lawn care service from other companies over the last fifteen years. And in just 3 treatments this is the best my grass has ever looked.

The technicians are timely and courteous. I’m notified of when the technician is on way and time, and he arrives and does job in timely manner. The mosquito service was very effective last year and was just completed this year. It made the difference when outside. I highly recommend TruGreen for your lawn care needs.

Matthew Keto is the best tech that has ever been to my property for my lawn care. He was extremely polite and very conscientious about what he was doing. You can tell he takes his job very seriously, and I really appreciate that level of service !!!

Marcus did an excellent and thorough job on our lawn this week. He was very meticulous in his work on our yard.

Deandre was very professional. He went over the chemicals and how I need to upkeep my yard and have suggestions. Very knowledgeable. This young man gave good customer service. I love my TruGreen.

Justice was great! I had a lot of questions and he answered or tried to answer them as best as possible...I had a few good one. I also showed him things that I am unhappy with and he told me what he was going to do and what may have to wait until the next week n feed as we are in the weed control time?!?! He did reiterate that if I wasn't happy to call in and they would come back out which is fine but I wish I didn't have too! Anyway Justice was great and I would love for him to come back and take care of my lawn because of the time he took to make me feel a little better about this process. Justice was great but the results still far from acceptable! We will see.

Our plant guy is amazing!!! He takes such great care of our trees and shrubs....he's absolutely amazing!!!

Richard and i talked today and he provided me some additional information on services i inquired about. He applied my lawn application and gave helpful information regarding my grass. He was very personable and knowledgable during today's interaction.

When I bought this home in 2016 it was surrounded by dirt. We put the lawn in ourselves and used a local lawn service that didn’t work out for me. In 2020 during the pandemic I contacted TrueGreen and found out they were a sponsor of the PGA. And I’ve been a loyal customer and they’ve worked with me. They do trees, mosquitoes, but mostly they green your grass. I am a satisfied customer of TrueGreen.

Crystal M came by with 2 other employees today. While we haven’t started a contract with this company, I wanted to highlight how wonderful our interaction was with the employees. They were all very friendly and kind and patient with my questions. Crystal was very knowledgeable, and it was very clear that she knew information about the company and that she was invested in making sure she could provide potential customers with answers to their questions. I hope that Crystal M can be given recognition and credit for a job well done today.
