I had a slow running drain in my bathtub. Come to find out that in my house of nearly 100 years old there was something called a drum trap. Very difficult to open up because it is made of lead. But somehow Austin drain was able to open it without having to tear out the entire configuration of the drain. They saved me a lot of money. Thank you Austin drain.

I was at little Caesar’s on Cleveland avenue, and my card wasn’t working and one of Austin drains’ technicians had offered to pay for my food, his name was Justin, and just wanted to make it known that Justin is a great person with good character with hospitality that not a lot of people have nowadays.

Job went great, they went above and beyond even making special trip to the store to get floor coverings for the basement carpet. Very nice and well priced. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks John!

Fast friendly great price! Our basement backs up maybe 3 times a year. We always call Austin's crew our basement floods 3 or 4 times a year.

Very prompt, helping us out on a weekend after hours. We had quite a mess with our sewer backing up. Bobby did a great job of cleanup once he was able to clear the blockage, taking care to cover things before he started.
