The guy that came out was very friendly. He fixed the problem and was in and out pretty quickly. My only complaint is when I called to get a quote, the lady on the phone told me 1 price, but when the guy came and I had to write a check, it was for double that amount. Other then that, they were great.

I use Miracle for all of my plumbing needs. They have unclogged my drains for me, repaired AND installed new toilets, repaired tub faucets, and install garbage disposals over the years. Their work is quality, their plumbers are top notch and do not leave a mess. I have recommended them to family and friends and Miracle has never let me down!

Nothing bad to share. The team from Miracle Plumbing did their job well, were on time, and were communicative. They also beat out the competition in overall cost. Would hire again as well as recommend to others. Thanks!

Pleasant and friendly to work with. I was given a 2 hour appointment window and they arrived at the beginning of their 2 hour window (which was a nice surprise).

I’ve called and scheduled several appointments with them and they were able to come out either next day or the day after. Absolutely recommend them!

This review is overdue. We used Miracle in October of last year, 2022. We got really lucky and was able to get Donnie from Miracle out on a Sunday afternoon. We needed our main drain hydrojetted because it was backing up into our basement. Donnie came out and was very professional. He cleared the drain in no time. It was also very affordable considering it was a Sunday. I highly recommend them.

Miracle Plumbing put in plumbing and wiring where none had existed for a laundry room. They were very reasonable and did excellent work. They came back to give me an estimate for a new walk-in shower. They are professional, very skilled, reasonably priced and always so nice!!

Have used Miracle several times always a good job. I referred Miracle to a couple when their well went out. Miracle Installed a new water service and now they have N. Canton Water. I trusted Miracle to not take advantage of them and be honest and respectful. Ederly couple so leaving review for them. They tell me how happy they are and impressed with the job Miracle did.

Scott did a wonderful job taking care of our dripping tub faucet. I appreciate that Miracle Plumbing could work us into their schedule within a week of me calling. Their prices are very reasonable too. We will be using them again for our future plumbing and other home maintenance needs.

Our a/c went out on a Saturday with temp in the 80s. David was prompt, honest and thorough. Also, super nice! He gave us excellent tips on maintaining our unit and the other services Miracle offers. Definitely sticking with Miracle for our future needs.

We had a great experience! Bernie and his team handled everything for us. Even when our needs changed and new permits had to be pulled, the job was finished in a timely manner. The city inspector was pleased and so are we. Also, the customer service reps are fabulous, will always get back to you, and were flexible with our schedule. Would definitely recommend and would call on them again.

I was delighted with my experience with Miracle Plumbing. The technician, Seth Collins, fixed a water pressure problem in my house in about 90 minutes. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous at all times. He prepared and installed a pressure guage that solved the problem. He inspired confidence from the moment he arrived. I am a longtime customer of Miracle Plumbing and have found all of their technicians, regardless of the problem, to be quite proficient in dealing with any matter. I highly recommend Miracle Plumbing and heartily endorse them publicly.

I’ve always used Miracle Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. They will install a new air conditioner, furnace, and humidifier in about a week. I don’t have to wait months like many companies I’ve heard do. I’ve heard great reviews on the quality of their furnaces and air conditioners. I’ve always been very pleased with them. Service is very important to me and I’ve seen that they’ve been there when I have needed them.

I was veery impressed with how quickly I was able to have someone come to my home to check the reason for a leak under my kitchen sink. The technician was prompt and professional, determined the problem and resolved the issue the same day. I did feel the price was a bit high but the fact that the issue was resolved the same day was a positive thing.

I had to have a new hot water tank. The one we had was over 10 years old. Miracle Plumbing was responsive and was able to schedule us quickly. I appreciate their hard work and efficiency but I would like others to be aware of a few items. This isn't a complaint just sharing information.
If your tank is not new, you will probably have to have extra work to make sure you are up to code. They did that but it did increase price slightly.
Make sure of your parts and labor warranties and get a copy with paperwork. I had to ask for it.
New hot water tanks has a blinking light, and on the label on the hot water tank will list any possible error codes. (which is helpful when I found out about it).
After the work was done, we received a post card from the Stark County Health Dept. that the work had to be inspected. Surprise, but that was fine - just had to schedule it.
Again, Miracle Plumbing was very nice to work with and I appreciate their work.

We had our whole kitchen moved around - water & gas lines. If you're able to request Logan - do it! My dad (who built homes for 30+ years) couldn't get over how great his work was. He was fast & super nice as well.
Jason who took care of our contract has also been great.

We had a new hot water heater installed and some plumbing work done by Miracle. The plumber who did the work was very knowledgeable and did a great job. He was thorough and explained what he was doing. Everything looks perfect and he cleaned up when finished. Very happy with everything.

Miracle has performed many plumbing services for me over the years. Their work has always been of very good quality! Most recently they performed both sewer drain clean out along with resolving low water pressure at my laundry sink. They even called to see if they could come early. I was very pleased with their prompt and efficient service.
