Installation team was respectful of our property with quick and efficient installation. We highly recommend Auburn Heating and Cooling for all your emergent and convenient needs for your home. Bob made a special stop to evaluate our concerns with the old unit. With his expertise, he was accurate with recommending the proper unit for our needs. Josh, Ryan, and Shane were knowledgeable and provided a clean and fast installation and orientation with our new equipment.

Zak installed a new water heater for us. He was efficient and got the job done in a timely manner. Zak is polite, professional and an excellent plumber. I’d recommend Zak highly.

The service provide from Joe at Auburn heating was fantastic. It is so nice to have someone in your home you trust and helps inform you of what he is doing and is willing to offer suggestions to help preserve the life of your furnace and AC.

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything in depth and didn't push services that we didn't require. Repairs were completed promptly. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service.

Very well versed in the unit and the manufacturer. Was quick to see and hear the issues with the unit. He also Spotted the incorrect installation of the drains from the original install. Very pleasant and respectful.

Brian Miller was very helpful at identifying the issues with my furnace. He and CJ provided multiple options to resolve the issues we were having with the 9 year old furnace. I’m glad we are members with Auburn Heating & Cooling. They have been great with identifying and resolving all the issues that have arisen since buying our home.

Greg cleaned and replaced furnace and air filters and checked my hot water tank and very knowledgeable explained everything. Greg was very helpful, nice and polite and considerate.

Mikey looked at my furnace and assessed its overall condition.
After he got the furnace started, he gave me options to keep it running and who he could recommend within Auburn Heating for a furnace replacement quote if I wanted to go in that direction.
I thought he was knowledgeable and took the time to explain his service evaluations as he went thru them.
All good stuff!

Auburn Heating, Plumbing & AC did an excellent job installing a recirculating valve for my tankless water heater. Dennis was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. Great experience all around highly recommend their services!

I found Austin to be a great representative of your company. He’s a very nice gentleman and explain the procedure of the installation of a Generator very well. *** when he submitted me the quote, I found it to be too expensive. I then explain to him that I had a mailer from your company that gave me $2500 off a generator installation. He said that was already in the quote and we never discussed it prior to him putting the quote together. I believe your mailer was disingenuous.

Clear, polite communication during the scheduling process, and then Greg B completely addressed our issues. This was greatly appreciated in no small part due to the fact it was 4 degrees out and two heating systems were malfunctioning in our home.

Joel was great! Found the problem quickly, had everything on hand to fix it, explained everything and gave us tips on keeping our furnace running efficiently. It was wonderful to have someone here so quickly on such a cold day!!!
