Our Sub Zero refrigerator, twenty years old, failed on us. Within four hours of calling Don Bacon, technician Justin B was at our door. He was highly professional in his work, explained the problem to us, arranged to have repair parts delivered to us within a couple hours, and fixed the issue. All the while, he was conversational and polite, a very well spoken individual. The next day I experienced a problem of my own making on the freezer racks. Justin tried mightily to solve it by phone, and failing that he came to our house within 45 minutes and fixed the issue readily. Very high praise for this fine company and for Justin B.

Appliance repair gives me anxiety due to the concern that we’re about to be ripped off, something is going to be damaged, or the technician is going to be a jerk. Bacon is just the opposite in every sense. The technician, John, was amazing. Super nice, easy to talk with, and definitely open and honest. He was professional and the pricing was very fair. He protected everything and was very cautious. I will call Bacon next time for sure.

Our washing machine was leaking water. I contacted a few places to get it repaired.

Don Bacon Appliance provided me with a date. I was contacted on the agreed upon date and was given a window of “between 1pm and 3pm” My wife said the serviceman (Drew) was there at around 1:15pm.

My wife also said he was polite and helpful. Completing the repair and assuring that it was running properly before his departure.

We appreciate the service, professionalism and punctuality. Thank you Drew and Don Bacon Appliance Service.

Your employee, Drew has been to my condo twice now for repairs on my dishwasher & yesterday my refrigerator/freezer. He worked very hard trying to locate the problem. When he did discover what was going on he actually left to get a part & quickly repaired what was needed. He is very informative about what is happening to the appliance.

Called us in the morning and advised the . To hour window of time the rep would be there to fix the problem with the dryer, 10 minutes into the start of the window the rep called, showed up a few minutes afterwards and resolved the problem in 30 minutes. Rep was really knowledgeable ,parts were on the truck ,and I could not have believed it would have went so well , we have used Don Bacon appliances previously and highly recommend them. thank you

Called Wednesday AM, they offered to have someone come the next day. I requested an afternoon time slot. Thursday AM, I got a call from Jeff, the technician telling me he would be here between noon and two. He arrived, was thorough, knew his product, and although he found no issues, he made some suggestions to help troubleshoot it if it persists. He also told me that if there was a need to return within 90 days to readdress the issue, there would be no added service/trip charge: Just parts and labor. Outstanding service. I will use them again.

I called and Jessica was the first person I spoke to. She was very friendly and very prompt in getting someone out to take a look at my dishwasher. Colin came the next day and was very professional and got the job done. He was able to replace the part that was broken and even went above and beyond to scrape off the heating element. I'd HIGHLY recommend them!

Exceptionally professional service; they were experienced and prepared. Drew fixed two appliances for us (washing machine and freezer) in under an hour, and as a bonus he was nice to my dog. :) The online scheduling was convenient.

We had our dishwasher go out and called Bacon for a service appointment. They called ahead and were on time. Drew was our service man and he was very friendly and professional. His advice to us was not to have it fixed and it was at the end of it life. I feel he could very well have charged us to fix it and then have something else go wrong down the line. I would definitely recommed their service and will call them for future repairs.

I called them on a Monday for a Whirlpool refrigerator that appeared to be short cycling. Got an appointment for Wednesday.

Excellent service. The techs were prompt, courteous, thorough, and honest in their assessment (didn't charge for anything unnecessary). Their diagnosis also came with a 90-day warranty (if the fridge has the same problem within 90 days, they'll come back out without charging for a second service call). Would definitely hire them again.

Everything about this company is highly professional. The receptionists were friendly and efficient. The technician was very knowledgable and exceptionally professional. He was able to diagnose and repair my Bosch washing machine quickly and went above and beyond by undoing a sloppy repair done by a previous appliance company before he could complete the repair correctly. I can't recommend them highly enough.

LOOK NO FURTHER PEOPLE - USE DON BACON APPLIANCE SERVICE FOR ALL YOUR REPAIR NEEDS - We just bought our LG dryer a few years ago. John the Terrific Technician (as we fondly call him in our house) at Don Bacon was wonderful! We noticed the dryer stopped working the night before. We never had an appliance repaired before. We just moved from Chicago to Cincinnati. We randomly emailed Don Bacon that same night via their website knowing those kinds of requests probably take 1-3 business days to reply. First thing the very next morning (before 9am), they called us wanting to help. WITHIN THE HOUR John the Terrific was at our house assessing our non-functioning LG dryer. That’s crazy efficient! What an amazing company. John the Terrific Technician determined within a few minutes that it was a damaged fuse (completely taking apart the dryer in 2.5 seconds). He did not have one in his truck. He said he’d pick one up and return later that afternoon. Of course that afternoon was our first snowfall. It was a treacherous snowstorm but John the Terrific Technician still came through. He showed up later that evening with the fuse and as promised, the dryer was repaired and worked that very evening. He did not rush out once it was repaired (it was late - if it was me I’d want to get home to my family and eat a late supper). He stayed to run the normal tests and even went outside in the snowstorm to check the vents and airflow. What an amazing company. What an amazing employee. Dan was terrific repairing our appliances today. He was on time, kind and thorough in his work. He called to give us an appointment window in the morning and we briefly discussed the issues our dishwasher was having. He suspected immediately the cause of the trouble and said it was likely something I could tackle. I appreciated the genuine and honest feedback, but wanted him to come out to make sure, so that I wouldn’t cause further damage by being unaware of exactly what to look for. The company called again when our tech was on his way. Great service all around. Thanks!

I was so very pleased with the efforts of our repair expert, Drew, today. My oven was in a bad way, and Drew not only figured out the problem, but identified some scary fire hazards (thanks, mice). He was wonderful, and gave me a to-do list to prevent the mice from chewing our wires. I was very impressed with both his professionalism and his expertise.
