I needed the whole house updated. Kitchen, floors, interior paint, and even a concrete patio installed. Brian and his team handled everything for me. Any questions that came up were discussed and a solution was achieved. Its nice to be able to have one contractor to handle and oversee so many projects. Brandon excellent job very quality workmanship and kept on schedule and a very neat work and easier to work with and I would highly recommend him.

I had soffit missing around my roof and porch and birds were living in the areas where the missing soffit was. Brian came out super quick and got everything fixed. I couldn't be happier with the work. Everything looks amazing and it was so quick.

Very pleased with the work Brian did on the cabinet installation and glass mosaic backsplash. He was very thorough and professional. I would recommend him for a future project.

I got Brian and Dreamcatcher Restoration’s number from Home Depot when I was looking to have my front porch redone. His communication was stellar. He texted me and came over when I wasn’t available to meet with him and gave me a quote. I was very appreciative of being able to text back and forth. He was great at communicating projected times and any adjustments that were needed. The material he chose was great and I am extremely please with the work he and his help performed. When the product came in and didn’t match the rest, he didn’t push it through, but contacted the company and got another shipment. He Was willing to address any concerns I raised. I will be using him in the future.

Dream Catcher Renovation is by far one of the most flawless experiences I've had with a contractor. I needed a couple archways in one of my properties worked on. Not only did they come on time to look at the job but they were extremely professional, clean cut and in uniform. Once i chose them as the cotractor i was going to use, they were on site early the next morning. They worked quickly and efficiently and got the work done and in all honesty i couldnt have gotten a better result. Thank you. I will absolutely be using them again.

I needed my door casing fixed, front door refitted as the seal was off, gutter and downspout reattached, and several areas in the kitchen and bathroom recaulked. Brian did a great job. I just moved into my first home and should something else come up, he will be the first person I contact.

My husband and I hired Brian and Joe to help us with raccoon damage to our cedar sided house. They were prompt, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about tackling the job! They were very efficient and thorough with all of their hard work, and best of all, the Raccoon Hotel is finally closed!! ...An added bonus is the considerate and likeable guys that they are! :)

Dream Catcher was great to work with. Brian and his team were professional, punctual, and did the work on fairly short notice. They installed a nice wood laminate floor in my kitchen which immediately improved its appearance. I would use Dream Catcher again.

I want to thank Dream Catcher Renovation and Design for refinishing our bathroom! They removed our old builder grade bathtub and replaced it with a new 6 foot deep soak drop in tub. They also upgraded the plumbing, installed new cement board, large format tile up to the ceiling, mosaic accent strips and cubbies, exhaust fan, and new vanity light. Even though we encountered some set backs from the beginning, since it's an old house, Brian and his team were able to fix the issues efficiently and effectively. The finished product looks great!

Brian did a wonderful job installing our cabinets, countertops and backsplash. He expertly cut the butcher block counter for a 3 bowl sink. I'm very pleased with his work and would recommend him to others in need of professional remodeling.
