We have used Codex Homes for multiple home renovations and have been highly satisfied. Highly recommend!

Zach and his team were amazing on our remodel in Hyde Park. Everything was done with extreme attention to details, great communication and on time - rare in home remodels today! Highly recommend.

Unbelievable experience all around! Zach and Tommy were very punctual, thorough, and attentive to detail. They remodeled our entire basement in a very timely manner, plus the end result FAR exceeded our expectations! In fact, we hope to use them again very soon for another shed project we have! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Codex Homes is amazing! Their attention to detail, cleanliness and communication is unmatched. Both home renovation projects were completed on time and better than I could have imagined. They are a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy team who truly care about delivering excellent results.

We have worked with Codex Homes on multiple home projects over the past several years, and could not recommend them more! The team is professional and trustworthy, offering helpful guidance and expertise throughout the process. The quality of the work, attention to detail, and timely delivery are second to none.

Zach and team have done an amazing job on two of our homes.
Creative, dependable, high quality work, professional, reliable and all in all wonderful to work with.
We couldn’t be more pleased and look forward to our next project with Codex Homes

Zach and his team were great to work with. We had a lot of ideas when we bought our 1991 built home. He listened to what we wanted to do, offered realistic feedback, coordinated with us to do some of the work ourselves to save money, and sent reliable workers (drywall, electrical, plumbing) who did their jobs well. He even came back to add some cabinet trim after we finally installed tile ourselves a year and a half later.

Codex homes renovated 2 full bathrooms down to the studs and added a 3rd full bathroom in our house in Hyde Park. It was a pretty intense job - moving/removing walls, replacing/moving plumbing, replacing electric - in a 115 year old house. Zach was super easy to work with, flexible, transparent, and organized. We have been super happy with the outcome. It’s been about a year and a half since they’ve finished and we’ve had 0 issues.

We bought a home remodeled by Codex Homes and we are so impressed with the quality. We bought the home just before the remodel was finished so most of the design choices were picked by Codex. They chose high end finishes in all of the bathrooms and the cabinets were all soft close and dove tail. Not all builders will install these higher end details without upgrade fees. They were so easy to work with. Communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Zach and the team at Codex do phenomenal work. Very easy to work with, reliable, and deliver a high quality product. I would recommend to anyone looking for a remodeler or custom builder.

We had an outstanding experience with Codex Homes. They were highly organized, maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire process. Our remodeled kitchen, living room and bathroom are absolutely beautiful. Everything was done with precision and attention to detail. The team kept the work area clean and tidy every day. Response times were quick and they exceeded expectations, staying on budget without sacrificing quality. We highly recommend Zach West and Codex homes! Can’t wait for our next project !

I’ve used Codex home for many renovations around my house. They are always professional, get things done in a timely manner and are priced fair. I’d highly recommend them!

We recently worked with Zach and his team at Codex Homes, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. They showed incredible attention to detail, communicated clearly at every stage, and—something that’s rare these days—showed up on time every single day.

The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and stress-free. Zach listened to our ideas, offered great suggestions, and made sure everything was completed to the highest standard. The end result is beautiful, functional, and exactly what we had envisioned.

We’re extremely happy with both the process and the final outcome, and we highly recommend Codex Homes to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and dependable service.
