Nathan was early for our scheduled installation. He was polite, professional and explained the work to be performed in a way that was easy to understand. When he was done, his work area was left clean. The installation was successful. It works and looks great. I would enthusiastically recommend Cooper and look forward to working with them again on a remediation project for my circuit box.

I had an EV charger installed in my garage. Nate was professional and he answered all of my questions. The unit was installed where I wanted it and he cleaned up!

John, the electrician Cooper Electric sent out, could not have been nicer or more knowledgeable. He investigated why our outside lights weren’t coming on and discovered that the timer we thought was broken was actually working. He figured out the problem was with the GFI and quickly fixed it. Lights are back up and working. Very pleased and highly recommend!

They were able to come out in two days and Michael did a great job. He was professional and made sure his work was complete and satisfactory. Will definitely use them again.

I called Cooper Electric to replace an electric plug in bathroom. John was the electrician. He was very knowledgeable and personable. While he was there he also installed a new door bell and replaced a flood light which was damaged. He did excellent work on all 3 jobs and took the time to answer my questions. And all for a fair price! This is the second time using this company and I will call again for future repairs!

Gil (Gilbert) did a wonderful job! Very professional and efficient! His coworker/assistant (Garrett) was also great! They installed my car charging station, and even took some extra time to diagnose (and fix) a problem with a switch inside my house. Outstanding! We had storm damage that ripped the outside power lines off the building. Friends recommended Cooper. Called Cooper and we sent them pictures of the damage so that they knew which team members to send that were qualified for our needs. They came out the same day and repaired our damage on the spot. Quick, competent, efficient and fairly priced. We will never call anyone else if we need their services in the future. Thank you Cooper Electric for being so awesome. Our power lines were knocked down in a storm just a couple days before we were scheduled to close on selling the house; Gil, Daniel and Hunter installed new lines and brought our panel up to code quickly and neatly. Gil worked with Duke and county inspectors to hook up temporary power so we could close on the sale. Great job, good price and thanks for working proactively to get the work done! I would recommend you without hesitation to friends and family.
