On December 10, 2013 I placed an order with a gentleman named Joe for (2) 12 volt batteries. I was told that I would receive them the next day. The next day came and went and no sign of batteries. I figured due to the holidays they must be delayed. On Dec. 18; 8 days later I still didn't receive the batteries. I called and spoke with Mike; he advised me that he would call the manufacture and find out what happen. I received no call back. I waited until Dec. 24 and called; once again I spoke with Mike. He told me the exact same thing; "Let me call the manufacture and I promise I will call you back" Dec. 26, came around and I didn't hear from nobody at DEW-IT-ALL ELECTRIC. This time on Dec. 26, I E-mailed the owner Joe Ganglof (I was told he was the owner by Mike)....Guess what??? No reply. I just phone again on 1/2/14 at 12:15 pm and spoke with a lady who told me she would get in touch with Joe. Still no call and still no batteries. My business is going somewhere else.

I called them over 3 weeks ago, they would say they will be out this week, then it turns into next week. It's ridiculous. I called Raiden Electric they came out in 4 days.
