They had exactly what I needed for a job I was working on. I ordered and it was in will call the next day. Easy to deal with and fast.

Shirley was super helpful and super sweet when I called to try to find a odd breaker for my home even though we couldn’t find it through them she spent quite a while trying to locate one locally. I’m super thankful for her for just that taking the time to locate one and to help me look at other locations. So I thank you graybar for all the help :)

One of the few electrical supplies in town that have counter staff with a personality. Also, if you need to buy some data and security products they will magically sell them to you, other places tried to do some sort of perverted anal exam before I could even ask if they had it in stock.

Was stabbed here. Would consider going back.

Should really work on getting experienced people that know a little about what they are selling, it’s faster for me to drive 30 min out to another supply house then it is to deal w gray bar and get the right material first go

By far the slowest and most uneducated counter people in the city. I would rather spend the extra time driving to another supply house that can service the customer in a timely manner. Today no one in line at the counter it took the guy 15 minutes to enter the 6 common items I needed and another 20 to retrieve them. Don't waste your time here, there are many other choices out there.
