Ian did a awesome project troubleshooting a short in an electrical circuit. He was thoughtful and spent the time to explain what the problem was and the remedy. I liked that Mark's Finest Electric charged a flat fee to troubleshoot the issue versus an hourly fee.

My repairman was Sam, he was great. He was respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. He solved our complication in no time and helped me installing our nest thermostat. I love their business and thinking sign up yearly check up for our air condition services.

malachi and his team were proficient and well-versed in their electrical work. malachi does an excellent job of keeping things clear with what they are doing, and he gives some great suggestions if he thinks there's a more efficient way to do something. the price of their electrical service is reasonable, and the payment process is convenient and can be done over the internet in Cincinnati.

i stumbled upon malachi online, selecting him due to his outstanding feedback. i rang him up, leaving a brief message about the electrical work i needed done. he promptly got back to me, exuding a completely warm, amicable, and professional demeanor. he was able to fit me into his schedule the following day at a time that was convenient for me. his charges were totally reasonable and suitable. he arrived the subsequent day at the agreed-upon time. right off the bat, i was struck by his professionalism and it was clear he knew his stuff. he completed the task i hired him for, all while engaging me in a friendly and welcoming chat. being new to cincinnati, it was nice to talk to someone who was born and raised here. he was simply a pleasure to converse with. the job was to modify a wall outlet to match my dryer. he expertly fitted the new wall outlet and even hooked up the exhaust hose for me—a task i had absolutely no knowledge of how to handle. simply put, he's a terrific electrician and a wonderful person. i'm so pleased i hired him. i wouldn't hesitate to hire him again and i would strongly endorse his services to anyone in need of a skilled electrician!

Cameron and Malachi from Mark's Finest Electric turned up to install our chandelier. We already had a chandelier hanging from our 20 ft high ceiling, but it hadn't been fitted right. They demonstrated their professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness. They had to fetch additional parts due to the previous improper installation, but the final invoice did not give me a jolt. cameron from an electrician service did a fantastic job at setting up my wired ring flood light cameras in Cincinnati. this included running new wires and mounting boxes as my house did not have any pre-existing flood lights. he was punctual, displayed great professionalism and the quality of his work was excellent. thank you once again, cameron.

He expertly took out our outdated fluorescent light box in the kitchen and replaced it with modern canned and pendant lighting. The whole project was finished in just one day and cost less than $2k! We recently received top-notch service from a local electrician company after our house was hit by lightning. We reached out to them and were greeted by Malachi, who was an absolute delight to talk to. He quickly arranged for us to have an appointment. Cameron, an exceptionally skilled electrician, took on our complicated case. He had a real challenge in front of him, akin to finding a needle in a haystack, due to the damage from the lightning strike. We had a slew of problems, from charred electrical outlets to ruined wiring, but Cameron managed to identify and resolve them right away. We can't express enough gratitude to him! Five stars simply doesn't do justice. A storm wreaked havoc on our meter base, necessitating its replacement, and this happened right before a planned electrical induction. Malachi, however, was able to promptly respond in a few hours and ensured everything was fixed, restoring our power before nightfall. He even went the extra mile to check if we needed a generator during the repair process. Adding to his impressive service, Malachi checked in on us a few days later to see how our newborn was coping. We can't express our gratitude enough for his professional conduct, quick response, and meticulous attention to detail.

The electrician did an incredible job of installing a new panel box, fixing and replacing several outlets, and wiring in some new dedicated circuits. Malachi was prompt, and the quality of his work was top-notch. He was also very polite and respectful. The pricing was extremely reasonable. I would definitely recommend this Cincinnati-based service.
