Virgil was very professional and helped to quickly arrange a solution to our problem. There were several things that were not electrical per se, but he still helped us figure out who to contact and what needed to be done. We would gladly call them again if/when the need arises.

Ken listened to our situation and explained the options to fix it. The work was done well and quickly. No complaints. We would definitely recommend.

Eric Hurst, a tech at Mr Sparky electrical, Did a great job diagnosing and fixing a minor electrical problem at our home . He was extremely pleasant to talk to and worked quickly and efficiently. Great job and highly recommended.

Vince and Tony were awesome. They were professional and super quick! One thing that set them apart was their eagerness to find a solution to hang an incompatible globe from my old pendant lights onto my pendants. This allowed me to have a seamless replacement while maintaining my kitchen’s aesthetic. Would absolutely work with them again!

So thrilled we called Mister Sparky. Jose was punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and super friendly. Couldn’t have made it easier to take care of some issues that had been plaguing us for a while. Glad we finally made the call! Thank you so much!

After the technician came out, we had concerns about price and the diagnosis that was made for the issue. The supervisor contacted me promptly to address the issue and came back out the next morning to take another look. When he came back out, he was able to figure out the issue, and got it fixed within an hour. After he explained the pricing more and why it was so much, I felt a lot better about my concerns on the price tag for the initial quote. I would recommend this company as they are prompt and take concerns seriously.

We had Andrew out yesterday and he did a great job with the "puzzle" of problems. He was extremely knowledgeable and fixed everything. We highly recommend this company!

Mr. Sparky communicated well about timeframes and has a tracking link for your technician once they are on their way. Preston, the electrician, was courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection and test of the wiring issue. Highly recommend.

The guys were all great. They were joking with each other like a family. They were very professional though and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They explained everything to me and got done quicker than what was quoted to me.

He showed up and had it sorted within a half hour. No fumbling or bumbling around. He knew exactly what he was doing. I’m very impressed and I will definitely ask for him again. Ask for Preston Heintzman-you won’t be disappointed

The updated my circuit box and ran power to a basement project. They did a great job. I left the team at my house with my dogs while i went to work. They were very professional, closed up the house when they left and the work was great. I would definitely recommend.

Kenny was absolutely amazing, with me thinking the solution to my problem would be thousands of dollars, Kenny simply switch my outlet and only cost me less than two hundred dollars! Saved me money and time by fixing the outlet to my washer! Highly recommended professional!!! Thank you Mr Sparky, and special thanks to Kenny!!! Kudos great work!!!

Next day scheduling, uber friendly staff, outstanding price, and Andrew our electrician was amazing in walking us through everything.

He isolated the problem and fixed it quick. Could not have asked for better service. They have earned my business in the future too.

Patrick did a great job. He was personable and we enjoyed conversation as he preformed the work in no time whatsoever. He also pointed out some “watchouts” in my breaker panel which I appreciated.

Great and timely service. Virgil was very kind and patient, he did a great job at installing our ceiling fan. I would recommend working with them any time.

I had 2 light switches and a baseboard high ground fault receptacle that needs to be replaced as they weee malfunctioning. Virgil, from Mr. Sparky, came out and took care of it. From making the appointment to the job being completed was on a span of 2 days. I called on Wednesday on the late afternoon, got the appointment for Friday
afternoon and the job was completed well and thoroughly in good time. Virgil was knowledgeable, friendly , courteous and worked efficiently. I’m happy with Mr. Sparky’s service and will call on them for any future jobs that need to be done.

Jose was super friendly and extremely helpful with my electrical issue as well as another concern. The price was fair and I feel confident that this issue is taken care of completely. I would consider him to be an asset to this company and would make sure you retain him as an employee. If he is representative of Mr Sparky I would definitely say this is a great company!

Virgil was prompt, friendly and efficient. He gave me a quote up front at a fair price and was done installing my light within 10 minutes. I will for sure use them again with any electrical needs I may have in the future!!!!

Finally!! An electrician that shows up on time, does the work as requested, and charges a great price. My tech, Andrew Mehl was amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Smoky if you need an electrician in the Cincinnati area.

Kenneth arrived within the timeframe given and explained what he would do along with the final price before beginning to change out my exterior light fixture. He completed the job correctly and quickly, and he was cordial as well. We will definitely use Mister Sparky again if needed.
