With how expensive electrical work can be, I was impressed with Mr. electric’s pricing! They are the ideal company to work with- great communication, no pressure following the quote, and easy scheduling. Our technician, Donovan, was outstanding! Super knowledgeable, kind, efficient with time, and talented. Thank you and I will absolutely use you for my next remodeling project!

We were able to book online for service 2 days later. Communication was great and Donovan arrived on time. He was polite, professional, and while our issue was a weird one, he was able to identify and repair the problem quickly. He was extremely friendly and even offered some suggestions on upgrades we may be looking at down the road. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric and would happily use them again.

Donovan was great. He proposed the right solution for installing the EV Charger, moving from outside through the attic to the garage. When he left the place was clean as if ge was never there.

We had recently purchased a new shed and wanted to supply power to it. It required running conduit underground, as our shed is about 30' behind the house. We figured we would tack on a bunch of other electrical repairs and modifications, in order to knock it all out at once. We had used Curry Electric in the past, and we were not too terribly pleased with their quoting vs. reality pricing. When Greg arrived to give us a quote for the half dozen or so tasks we had, he was as kind and personable as any technician that I have ever had in my home. He had a new hire, Donavon, with him as well. The quote was beyond reasonable, so much so that we did not delay in calling to schedule. They worked around my and my wife's very busy schedules to find a whole day to spend dissecting our home. The whole time they were there, I felt that we had friends working on our house. The owner, Tony, stopped by to inspect, and we had a wonderful chat. Every task they completed was spot on, with one exception, which Greg returned the next day to fix with a smile. I cannot say enough good things about this company. For an industry riddled with folks trying to take advantage of us, these folks are an absolute breath of fresh air. Do NOT look elsewhere!

Mr. Electric did an awesome job! They were very responsive and courteous. Greg noticed another issue that I had and asked if I wanted to repair it while he was there. After running for a part, he returned quickly and swept the area with my vacuum! As far as I am concerned, this company went above and beyond. I have never had an electrical repair company respond the way they did. I rarely give anyone a 5 Star Rating...this is an exception!

Mr. Electric did a great job. They were Proffesional timely and did great work. Donovan explained everything and safety issues. He installed the plug and safety measures. His work was neat and clean. Thanks Donovan and Mr. Electric I am a happy customer. I will definitely use Mr. Electric again.

Technician Greg Koo came out to provide a quote. Greg was punctual, professional and explained everything in detail and laymen's terms. Greg ended up taking care of the problem the same day. I'm very satisfied with the work!

They arrived on time. Let you know who was coming with a picture. Very attentive to request of work to be done and verified after stated request. Very through at whole house safety check. Explained throughly the estimate and safety check. Asked if there were any questions. Scheduled appointment to have work done. I would recommend Chris Miller for any of my electric needs

We got a first time installation of a bathroom exhaust fan. Donovan was very personable and efficient. He was very respectful of our home and cleaned up before leaving. He made a headache project easy on us. Thank you!

Very satisfied! Got my outdoor ceiling fan issue resolved, Donovan was thorough, knowledgeable, polite and respectful of my home - arrived with plastic booties and was able to troubleshoot my problem and now I am back in business! Would recommend and will use again - but hopefully I won't have a need. 🤞 LOL

We needed 3 new outlets installed in our home. Greg Koo arrived within the first hour of the 4-hour timeframe I'd been told he might arrive. He was great at walking us through the steps to look over the space and the potential work to be done. He emphasized a few different aspects that we might need to consider updating/fixing in the coming months and those that might need attention in the next year or two. He listened to what we wanted and delivered on it above and beyond all in one day. Highly recommend him!

After a storm pulled our electrical service line away from the house, these guys were there next morning to get to work. Since my power had been temporarily restored, they got me scheduled for the actual work on the following day. Great people and spot on service.

Donovan Shelhart was very professional, very knowledgeable, polite gentlemen. He hook the electric to our hot tub, bubble cover GFi, ran the wire and a new circuit breaker in the electric panel in the basement. He did a great job. Donovan was fantastic to work with! He came out quickly to give a free quote, and was able to stay and complete the job the same day. I needed to replace a light fixture in my plaster ceiling with a ceiling fan, but the setup wasn’t rated to support one. Donovan carefully cleared out the old material, installed a proper ceiling fan brace and box, and made it safe and easy for me to finish the install myself. He also gave helpful quotes for other projects I’m considering and offered solid advice on one I was already working on. I trust their work completely and would definitely use them again.

Had a ceiling fan installed and redoing my laundry room, so had some plugs moved around. Greg was absolutely the best! Great communication, on time, and was just super personable and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Electric for any of your electrical needs!
