Over 10 years of service in two homes with excellent service! When we bought our 100 year old home with an oil furnace they installed our new gas furnace and it is great. Whenever we have a problem they are there before we get too hot or too cold. The service team is great!

Kevin was my technician and he was amazing. Very nice and professional. He explained everything clearly and worked efficiently. It was raining most of the time he was here but he kept on working through it all. I would recommend American Heating to anyone!

Over the years we have used several HVAC companies in our search for a company we could trust. Several years ago we called American. Our search was over. Every service rep we've had (we have 2 favorites) has been professional and experienced and been with the company for a number of years. There's always a friendly voice when you have to call in (usually Ginny). It's now time to replace our system, and we didn't hesitate to have American handle the job.

We have done business with American Heating and Air Conditioning for over 30 years. From doing our semi-annual service calls, to updating our HVAC systems, to just unanticipated service calls, I can count of Mike Dempsey and his crew for getting the job done right the first time. Our daughter and her husband recently purchased a new home and they are now customers also. Keep up the great work.

The American Heating and Air Conditioning Company installed a Carrier Air Conditioning system soon after we purchased our house in 1990. We have customers ever since. The technicians, sales staff, administration and management are friendly and helpful. We have a maintenance program and have only had one "emergency" call. Two years ago, the air conditioning system quit because of capacitor failure. After they fixed the system, we decided that a replacement would be a wise idea. The sales staff helped us get a nice rebate from Carrier on a new furnace and A/C system.

We have always had great service and a quick response from this company.
Just this week we had an original 12 year AC unit go out. They can the next day to service but informed us that we needed a new unit. It's already installed before I got back from my business trip.
We also highly suggest getting on their yearly maintenance plan. This service package let's them remind you it is time to service so you do not have to remember to do so.

Those gentlemen did a great job. This company is the best company for heating and cooling I have ever had. They were able to answer all of my questions, and as I done my research on their answers, they were all correct. My furnace is 14 years old. After they repaired it,it runs like a new furnace. It's so quiet now I cannot hear it cycle on and off. Thank you for your services.

Unfortunately, we were not able to buy from them due to our monetary issues at the time.
HOWEVER.... From the very, start to finish, this company was amazing. I didn't have to wait on hold, the receptionist answered the phone quickly; with a very nice, and personal attitude. She was incredibly sweet through our conversation of what was wrong and making an appointment.

was very nice, friendly and very honest.
He took the time to answer all my questions, and talked me through all my options.
When we are ready we will definitely be going through this company!

Friend told she needed new furnace so called American and they came right out and replaced an inexpensive part. No problems since. I was told me heat exchanger was cracked, leaking carbom monoxide. I called American and they confirmed the furnace did not leak carbon monoxide or have a cracked heat exchange. Ordered a part and furnace is great. So friendly and fast. I will never call anyone else.

American Heating and Air Conditioning installed our HVAC units when our home was built over 20 years ago. They have faithfully serviced these units without a single instance in which they have disappointed us in all that time. They have always been extremely responsive whenever we have called to set up routine seasonal service, or, when repairs or adjustments have been necessary. We recommend them without any reservations or hesitation.

After living in my 1922 house with no central air for 16 years, I decided it was time to have it installed. From our first interaction with Mike Dempsey, the installation completed by Steve & his team, to the incredible customer service by Jenny at the office, I highly recommend this company.
Steve went above & beyond when he detected there may be a carbon monoxide leak in my basement. He cleaned my furnace & retested the area until it registered clear!
When it didn’t seem possible to cut through 4 inches of concrete to install a vent in my bathroom, the crew found a way to use a piece of equipment to get it done. I had stressed to them my disappointment since that room gets so hot, so I am so appreciative!
Jenny gave us daily updates & her caring & kind demeanor was truly a pleasure!

We have had nothing but great experiences using American Heating for our home. Everyone from the office staff to the field technicians have been professional, very responsive and show a lot of patience answering questions. I definitely recommend calling them if you need some help at home or work.

Even though my HVAC system was not initially installed by American they have provided unbelievable service twice now. And great pricing options on necessary replacement.

They even 'hunted down' purchase information with the Distributor of my system in order to qualify me for warranty coverage on a $1300 motor that crapped out in a little over 5 yrs. on my 'older' system (that they did not sell me!). They got it covered for me!

Super nice and friendly to boot. I am now a very loyal customer.

American did an outstanding job replacing my AC condenser and evaporator coil. Dave and Steve completed the job in half the time that was quoted and the system is humming smoothly just in time for summer. My family appreciated the timely responses from the team and look forward to sending our future business here. From reception to quote to execution, this company shows the pride it takes in helping out their customers.

The technician who came out to service my AC unit was friendly, honest, and very thorough. He was full of great advice, tips. He was friendly and professional, but not uptight. He didn't make it feel weird for me to ask questions, and was very nice when answering them.

Will be recommending to everyone, and will be calling them whenever I need anymore service.

High praise for American! We have an old home with an old system as well as an addition with a newer system, which was installed by American. They have maintained both, since we moved here, six years ago.
From Ginny, in the office, to Charlie who has been our major technician, we have been extremely pleased with their service. I have never come upon a representative of this company who has not been knowledgeable and professional, as well as personable.
We recently had an emergency, under very difficult circumstances, and their compassion and response could not have been more kind or timely.

The heat was not working in my rental property and within 24 hours of calling to make an appointment, Charlie was at my house making all necessary repairs. Three words to describe this company, Quality, Trust, Reliable. Mike Dempsy and American serviced my older home heating and cooling system long before I ever needed to replace it. They kept my 1965 Williamson furnace alive until last year, and even then, I finally broke down and purchased a new one due to the AC needing to be replaced. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, on time, and very dependable. When they tell you about your issue, they offer alternatives beyond a new system!
Mike Dempsy came out and put together a new system that fit my older home's needs, and our budget.
I actually called for information on buying a new filter for my AC, and Mike dropped one off on my door step that night on his way home. That is the kind of company American Heating & Air is. I would urge anyone looking to purchase or service their AC/heating system to call American. You will be glad you did.

When we bought our new home I was terrified when the AC stopped working. We thought , "There goes a ton of money we can't afford." Then I found American Heating and Cooling. There receptionist is polite and helpful and they don't give you a bunch of excuses and maybes. Their techs are prompt and polite and call ahead if needed. They are also very informative about how your system works, which is important for people like my husband and I who have no experience with an AC system. The prices are also VERY FAIR compared to what we have found in the Cincinnati area. We definitely refer their service! Thank you for all your help with our AC, June and Joe.

The Service Technician, Charles, did a great job getting my old hot water radiator system up and running again.
He helped me understand the system components and how to do the required maintenance. The receptionist was also a joy to talk to. The pricing was reasonable as well. I will return for any future needs.
