Brian stopped by as scheduled today. One of my hvac units had stopped working, but in a matter of minutes he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and waited for the room to warm up. He was the consummate professional and Logan Services charged a reasonable price for the job. I would absolutely call them again.

Bobby, Bryce, and Blake installed a new A/C and furnace at my residence and they did a fantastic job! Very professional, polite, clean, and completed in one day. Explained how the process would go before they began, and didn't stop until the install was completed. Afterwards, we were walked around and all the work was explained clearly with details to features and capabilities of the new system. Absolutely no issues or regrets. Fantastic team! Thank you

Outstanding, I needed to have my heat pump and furnace replaced. After getting 5 quotes from different companies Logan was my choice. Sales rep was easy to speak with and explained things throughly and why he recommended what he recommended. The installation team was right on time and very professional.

Logan Services just installed a central furnace and air unit at my property . The service was extremely professional.Jamie from sales was on site the day I called , wrote up an estimate that was fair and scheduled the install. Joshua the service tech arrived at the agreed time and installed the furnace to the agreed upon estimate.Great team to work with .I give them 5 out of 5 stars.

The whole process started with Jeff Luce coming out and checking our furnace on a maintenance plan and discovered a crack in the heat exchanger. From this point forward we asked for three estimates replacing the heat exchanger, replacing the furnace, and replacing furnace and air conditioner. After discussing everything with my wife we decided to go and replace everything.
I called Jeff the next day and we set up next day installation for his team to arrive between 9:00 and 10:00 which worked out great.
Dylan Grant and Alex were the three guys that were sent out, and they did an excellent job installing everything let me know what they were doing as they were going and when they got done they did all the testing that needed to be done, and showed me everything that I needed to know about both systems and how to operate the new thermostat. They cleaned up thoroughly got all of their stuff out got their truck loaded and away they went.
I would like to think Dillion,Grant, and Alex for doing such a great job and would recommend these guys anytime. I'd also like to say I would recommend Logan services also for getting this done so quickly

Decided on replacing my AC and Furnace. Sales person was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different options and answer all my questions. Was no pressure while I received multiple quotes from different companies. Their price was very competitive but not the lowest. Multiple payment options are offered and once I made the decision to buy the system it was installed within 2 days. Install crew was great. Very clean and took the time to explain the operation thoroughly. Would recommend.

Our tech Brian did a great job! He was efficient and informative and on time. Logan does a great job keeping you up to date and reminding you of appointments. This communication makes the appt. Go smoothly. Brian let us know everything we needed to keep our system running smoothly. Thanks!

I needed a new thermostat. I called on Tuesday and got a 12pm-5pm slot on Thursday. There was a cancellation and my appointment moved up to first thing on Thursday. My tech Brian installed the thermostat and answered any and all questions and made sure I was comfortable with the repair.

The experience could not have been any better. From the no pressure approach on my first visit with Jamie Young to the final installation steps from Tyler, Noah and Kris. Jamie was very informative and did not push one product over another but helped me decide what I wanted. He was patient and very pleasant and put up with my monster of a dog. Tyler, Noah and Kris worked throughout the day and a half to replace my furnace converting to a high efficiency model, relocating and replacing my air conditioner compressor from one side of the house to the other. I also had to have my water heater replaced which was an extremely smooth process also. Throughout the process I was kept updated on the status and the experience, as I said before could not have been any better.

We scheduled an HVAC service particularly the FLU. Our home is currently under contract and due to close later this week. We scheduled a new customer... service call due to a report from a routine inspection that mentioned dry perhaps old water stains that required an exam from a licensed HVAC technician. I went online and scheduled with Logan Services and they were here in 3 days! The technician was so nice and polite and even put the covers over his shoes before walking thru my house to get to the basement where the furnace was. After about 10 mins he was able to show me the dry water stains and explain how and why they were there and advised there was no current evidence of any issues that would warrant any service to be done. He continued his thorough exam and went over all of his findings and determined that again no issues with the furnace. We were so pleased with his knowledge and the detail in his report that was sent to us to provide to the buyers prior to closing! The New Customer exam was only $79.00!!! Interacted with several Logan employees including Brian B in repair, Jeff in Sales and Jared in install. All super friendly, knowledgeable. Explained everything. Installed our new furnace in a couple hours. Will use Logan for all our HVAC needs in the future.

3 guys showed up to install our new Trane heat pump. They were so thorough. They worked quietly and diligently. Very friendly and explained each thing they did. Also, they did not leave until they were sure everything was working as it should. I am very satisfied.

We found Logan Services on the BBB website where it was rated A+. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in assessing our needs. He was not pushy at all, and wanted us to feel comfortable with our complete HVAC system replacement. The price was significantly lower than estimates from other companies that we reviewed.

The installers were polite, thorough, and knowledgeable. The lead man answered my questions and explained how the digital thermostat worked. The team cleaned up after themselves well and were out by 5pm.

Overall, we are very pleased with Logan Services and will use their other services going forward. Thank you, Logan Services!

Scheduled immediately. Serviceman showed up on time. Respected our cleanliness. Suggested different solutions to our problem at different prices. Proceeded to fix problem and worked constantly and efficiently. After installation, verified no leaks, cleaned up thoroughly. Very impressed with work. Fall damaged spout and control valve.

Evan and Ethan arrived on time to perform the annual service on our 4 year old Trane furnace. Both were very courteous and respectful while doing a thorough checkup on our system.They were very willing to explain what they were checking and why, plus answering some questions I had. I was impressed with the initial install team and equally so with their service. Definitely recommend using Logan Services!

The homes duct/vent cleaning went great! The technician was very nice & showed us before and after pictures. He explained everything as he cleaned the air ducts & a few hours later all done all with no mess. We are very satisfied & I am very happy to be breathing cleaner air in my home now!!!

Micah took the time to analyze our systems and figure out the problems. He sent over detailed estimates that were easy to follow and understand. I did not feel pressure to make a quick decision. He has checked in with me, and made me feel I have someone in my corner when I am ready to proceed. Very happy with the customer service and personal attention.
