I purchased a Groupon for a furnace cleaning and inspection and was able to quickly schedule the work. I received a call within the two hour window that I was given for my appointment and the technician showed up soon thereafter. The technician, Kevin Olson, was terrific. He really knows the business, he patiently responded to all of my questions and he really demonstrated professionalism in every way. He pointed out some non-critical work that could be done and offered a discounted preventive maintenance service package, but absolutely did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. I had no previous experience with The Geiler Company, but I now have full confidence in both their technical capabilities and their integrity. I highly recommend Kevin Olson and The Geiler Company.

Tim W. did a fantastic job at my home. He was very thorough in his inspection and looked at things that others hadn’t in years prior. He was very knowledgeable. Will be asking for Tim by name for our next appointment with Geiler.

More than pleased with Geiler’s service today. They are a union company so you know their guys are trained and qualified to work on your equipment. Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of my heating and air equipment, while performing some needed maintenance as well. Two thumbs up.

I initially requested The Geiler Company to meet the buyer requirements of our condominium sale, to service our HVAC prior to closing. I was so impressed with Chris, the Geiler technician, that I scheduled him to review the geothermal heating in our new house. Chris proved to be professional, knowledgeable and very instructive about a system new to us.

Tim did a great job, as usual! I know I can trust Geiler to send excellent people on their service appointments.

Every time I call Geiler, whether for routine maintenance and care of my HVAC or for an emergency, they are always responsive and professional and tremendously helpful. This past weekend, I thought I had lost all water pressure in my home. I called at about two in the morning and got a fairly quick telephone response. The next day, Matt came by to evaluate the situation and determined that my tankless water heater was actually the issue and needed to be replaced.
Both times that he was here, for the initial evaluation and then for the installation, he was incredibly helpful and professional and appropriately concerned regarding my issue. I am so thrilled to have both good water pressure and hot water in my house again! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely call Geiler again for any issue in my home for which they have expertise. I routinely refer friends to this company because of my positive experiences.

Geiler has been our go to for 5 or 6 years now. They are extremely reliable and trustworthy. Today, the coldest day of the year, we had them come out for an emergency service and they covered everything under warranty. We didn't know it would be covered, but they are honest and didn't charge us. I can't say enough about Geiler and Tim (our favorite technician). Thanks Geiler!

I am a homeowner and have worked with The Geiler Company for years. I am a working mom and The Gelier Company has always been flexible and convenient with my schedule. I have needed them for a multitude of jobs - including but not limited to plumbing, AC cleaning, heating, and installation of upgrades (thermostat, water heater...). A particular shout out to the men who installed my new water heater, it works wonders. I am impressed; their work is always clean, efficient, and has great customer service

Tim was professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and experienced. We had a week-long issue that ended up with a required replacement of a furnace. It was a big problem and Tim was terrific.

Helier has been our hvac company for well over 15 years. We love their serviceman Tim and he has followers laughingly called Tim’s groupies. The service and expectations are high and always met.

Tim always does an excellent job with my HVAC tune ups. He is friendly & explains everything he has checked. Highly recommend Tim!

Matt did excellent work installing new kitchen faucets and fixing issues with downstairs shower valve. Knows what he is doing AND does it right.
If I could do 6 stars I would. Pricing very competitive and certainly worth it for the quality of work he did. By far our plumbing company of choice.

Tim Wiehe did a fabulous job for me. I hired Geiler for a second opinion on a major repair/replacement of my furnace. They came out the day after I called. He did a great job of explaining to me the tests he ran and the results. It turned out my furnace was just fine. It's so nice to deal with an honest company with experienced technicians. I will continue to use Tim & the Geiger Company.

Geiler replaced our broken hot water heater at an extremely fair price.
The plumber was timely, professional, communicative, and highly skilled.
