Over the years, The Miami Township Police Department has had many cleaning companies in our employ that did a decent job, but then we were gifted Lonnie from Stratus Building Solutions. Lonnie excels. To describe Lonnie as a credit to the company is an understatement. Lonnie not only does a great job of cleaning, but has endeared himself to all of the employees and officers at Miami Township. He is friendly, professional, trustworthy and reliable. We would be hard pressed to ever replace him, and I sincerely hope we never have to. If you’re in need of cleaning services, request Lonnie, I can assure you it will be a decision you will not regret.

Zee and her team at Stratus helped to get out building back to what it should be. Besides a clean building, they are timely, thorough and pay attention to detail. Franchise owner through Stratus and it’s going very well. I received my initial contract a few weeks after my deposit. I started to receive more contracts about 5 months into it. They’ve kept every promise they made to me and have made this a very easy process for me.

I hired them to clean our office a little over a year ago and they have been awesome. We had some adjustments in the beginning, but they were so responsive and rectified all of the issues very quickly. Jessica has been awesome and regularly checks in to make sure we are satisfied. I’m a big fan of communication, and she is always in top of it!
