They repaired my old house’s cast iron main where it was leaking. Diagnosed the issue well (unlike other companies who just wanted to replace the whole thing) and provided a reasonable quote.

I highly recommend Blue Chip Plumbing. Scheduling service was very easy. When Nate arrived he quickly assessed the problem and provided the cost before any work was done. He was friendly, professional and informative. The work was completed in a timely manner and he suggested ways to prevent the problem from happening again. I will definitely use Blue Chip Plumbing again when the need arises.

Blue chip plumbing was one of the few places who offered a free estimate. They were professional and courteous. We had some adjustments to our project and the estimator (Jeff) changed the quote with no issues. The work performed by Jay was outstanding. He was prompt, efficient, and thorough. My price was fair and competitive and I am satisfied with their work.

My concrete sink and toilet had to be removed while water proofing on my basement was being done so I worked with Blue Chip Plumbing on this. I am really glad I chose to do so!!! Tyler was the technician who worked on my project and he really took the time to remove and reinstall everything right in place. He focused on the details well and even bolted down our new sink to make sure everything was in place. I really appreciate all the time and care he took for the project.
Customer service was also really good. When I changed my mind a few times, Jeff was really good about it and worked through the many options with me. If I had any issues or questions that needed to be inspected in person, he would come by day of.
Price is really fair for the work done and would recommend and use them for future jobs. Thanks!

We’ve had plumbing issues for a while due to tree roots in our front yard. We always use Blue Chip Plumbing and are literally always so well taken care of.

Most recently, we finally decided to get our main sewer line replaced since that’s been the main culprit. Once again, they worked with us, were efficient, and did a great job. The crew that used the excavator were also incredible. They honked for my nieces who were stoked to see an excavator through FaceTime. They’re considerate to our house, our dog, and our little girl.

From the ladies who answer the phones, my original contact - (Mike!) to my most recent contact - (Jeff!)… we’ve just had such great experiences all around.

The Blue Chip Plumbing Teams did an excellent job on short notice. We had multiple time sensitive issues so they sent 2 teams to get everything done ASAP. The teams were very professional, the work was excellent, and they provided a detailed explanation of how the new equipment works. I couldn’t be happier!

Once again, I received excellent service this year. The technician arrived ahead of schedule and efficiently completed the diverter testing. He clearly explained the process and took the time to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this provider!

We had a double sump pump failure during an intense rainstorm on a Friday night which led to my basement flooding. Blue Chip got somebody to my house and my sump pump replaced within two hours of me calling them Saturday morning, and then came back the next weekday to finish the job. Tyler was great- super reassuring, patient and helpful with all my questions and really put my mind at ease. Rest assured, I will never use another plumber!

We are required by the city to have our backflows inspected every year and Blue Chip is great to work with. It was easy to schedule, they sent a text when they were on their way, and they were very efficient with the inspection. They even handle the paperwork.

I chose Blue Chip Plumbing to do a backflow test of my irrigation system. Josh was very friendly while being professional and efficient about his work. I was very happy with his service.

Came within the hour. Found the dishwasher pressure caused a sudden failure of the o-ring in the lifetime Delta faucet. Replaced the faucet quickly and professionally. Checked all connections to confirm it no longer leaked.

Very good company with great employees that I enjoy working with. Kathy and Kelly at the office responded very quickly and had Sam the technician on-site that day. Once Sam discovered the problem he was able to explain the situation with a great solution. Sam was able to get the correct jetting tool for the job that day and returned to make a permanent repair.

Pete with Blue Chip plumbing did a great job installing hot water tank. On time, easy to work with, professional work. Cleaned up and explained what he did as well as what should be done for maintenance. I would trust them with any future work.

Excellent service. Jay was very knowledgeable, professional, and found things our last plumbet did that caused the problem. Cost was reasonable and Erica in the office was also a pleasure to work with. Blue Chip is our new plumber moving forward.

Blue Chip plumbing did great work for me. I had a shower that was not working properly, they fixed it at a a reasonable price.
