Everything went super smooth for a wind damage claim. They told me Everything to do and came out to meet claims adjuster. As soon as the claim was approved, I had a brand new roof within like 7 days. It looks better than ever. We even liked all the colors to choose from.
Roofers were great and took extra time to make everything perfect. They even came back for an hour the next day b/c it was getting dark. I have a pretty big roof.

Assist Roofing was wonderful to work with to replace our roof. Brandon and Erik were extremely helpful during the entire process- from walking us through steps with our home owners insurance to ensuring our concerns throughout the process were addressed. They were very communicative and accommodating. I can’t recommend this company enough!

Justin & his team replaced our roof a couple years ago. We continue to recommend them to everybody we know needing their services. We were blown away by their customer service, efficiency & excellent work. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

I could not have asked for better communication and service. Even the quote process was extremely thorough and we were presented with options - short term versus long term solutions for 3 leaks in our old house. Each leak was due to a different problem and the team did a great job addressing each. Also, the job was completed quickly after we accepted the quote - perfect since we are heading into the rainy spring. In the future, we will need a new roof. Solid crew with the mindset of doing things right and making sure every detail is covered. They communicate well, they make sure you are satisfied, and they listen to understand your situation no matter what it is. Zack and crew did a whole house siding removal, replacement and brick repair on my daughter’s house. Their timeliness, communication and workmanship were OUTSTANDING!

Over a month ago we had a major storm, with snow right after. My wife and I woke up to rain in our bedroom. It was a Sunday at 3 am. I had several calls that morning and Justin and his team were the first to call me back, even with the weather and it being a sunday.Our case wasn’t easy considering a lot of circumstances. It wasn’t a plain and simple reasoning for why the ceiling was leaking. I worked with Brandon and Justin came out himself to do two thorough inspections of the house. They found the area that was causing the water to come in, showed me exactly what was happening and options to fix it with transparent explanations, options and pricing. This took a while to get done simply because of the continuous snow we had and waiting for it to melt etc., Brandon followed up, checked on us and was on the phone late in the evening making sure we understood the process and what to do next. These guys know what they’re doing and I have recommended them since to other people and will use them in the future.

When the storm went thru and took 1/2 our shingles off and damaged quite a bit of our siding, Mr Freeman himself, came to our home. He got on the roof and put tarp paper down to help stop any more damage from rain. He took care of all the paperwork, delt with my insurance and had workers out within a few days. It took awhile to get all repairs done. But that was due to weather. Mr Freeman and lead worker answered any questions we had. We are very pleased with the outcome. I recommend Assist Restoration whenever I see posts on Facebook. Or hear of someone needing repairs. They do great work.

Assist Roofing and Restoration did a great job installing our new gutters and gutter guards! Zack was very attentive to our needs and took the extra care to explore financing options to find the best fit for us. The installation team was awesome too! They worked quickly and efficiently and left our property free of any mess. I highly recommend Assist Roofing and Restoration for any of your roofing contractor needs!

I recently had a 10 point roof inspection done by Assist Roofing and restoration and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I had a letter sent to me from my insurance company stating that I basically needed a new roof or my policy would be canceled.
I sent the 10point inspection report to my insurance company that Assist roofing provided and they said that wasn't good enough.

We worked with Justin, Brandon and Travis to install our Christmas Lighting for our home. I found them very responsive from my initial contact, my appointment for the job walk through was at 2 pm. Exactly at 2 pm, Brandon rang our doorbell. After a walk through, he sat in truck and organized our proposal. We agreed, I was sent a very efficient link to pay my deposit. On the install day, Travis arrived exactly on time. The job took longer than expected, not once did Travis complain and had a very positive “can-do” attitude the entire time. Both Brandon and Justin stopped by to check on the workers. They delivered them supplies and lunch! When the job was completed, after a full and long day, Travis did a walk around in the dark with a flashlight just to make sure they left nothing behind. Upon completion, he asked if he could take a few drone shots with his camera. He did so and told me he would send them to me later as well. Within a few hours, I received these beautiful photos. I highly recommend Holiday Lighting for any of your needs.

Requested a quote to inspect gutters/ repair. Communication with office and scheduling appointment very efficient.
Justin the owner provided free inspection and informed us no repairs were really needed. Appreciated the honest assessment and referral to a handyman for a gutter cleaning. Respected the fact that this business is not all about stealing customers money. Highly recommend this company.

I recently had storm damage the siding of my house and didn’t know where to turn, after another company ghosted me…Zack Szabo from Assist Roofing had notice the damaged siding on my home while going through our neighborhood and he left a card for me to reach out. I contacted him and he quickly came out to inspect the damage and let me know exactly what needed to be done to fix it.

I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were professional, quick scheduling, and completely honest and extremely reasonable with their pricing on the repairs. Assist Roofing absolutely gained a repeat customer in me the next time I need to do something to the exterior of my home.

Great work and great employees, don’t try to oversell or charge crazy high prices, very fair cost and project done in a timely manner! We had two bathrooms vented through the roof and they communicated every step of the way and took pictures of completed job to show us, the crew even seen that my gutter was backed up and removed some leaves to clear it, super nice and trustworthy guys!!

Very pleased with the new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards installed by Assist Roofing. The team was professional and responsive.

Im am very impressed with Zach. I called and explained that I needed my downspouts
repaired before selling my house this spring. He came by and not only looked at the downspouts but examined my roof and gutters to make sure there were no problems that an inspection would pick up. He later called me to tell me that everything looked very good and I only needed the downspouts repaired. He then gave me the name of a handyman who could easily handle this work and would save me money. He acted with integrity and with my best interests at heart. I will absolutely use this company in the future if the need arises.

I noticed some water on my ceiling and reached out to Zack with assist for some help in diagnosing the issue. He came out promptly and diagnosed the issue, I had an improperly installed exhaust fan that was letting water in my roof and stopping the proper venting in the roof. He quoted me a reasonable price for the repair and had someone out to fix it promptly despite challenging weather. I've been happy with the quality of the repair, price, and quick turn around for getting the work done. I also had my gutters done through assist a couple of years ago and they did a great job. I recommend assist and Zack for all roofing issues. They didn't once try to sell me unnecessary services, it's nice to not feel like a cash grab!
