I live in a relatively new home, been here 4 years and the house is 5 years old. Had the basement finished 2 years ago and have a saint Bernard, so theres been a lot of hair and dust. Not anymore! Tom and his people were here today. They came 30 minutes early and finished quickly. They were super clean and efficient and I highly recommend them!

Tom is the ultimate professional who takes pride in his work ! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of service and the manner in which he went about performing his job! From Setting up the appointment to cleaning up afterwards was nothing short of a positive experience! I fully recommend this company !

Great experience all around. On time. Respectful of home. Didn't leave a speck. Thoroughly cleaned ducts--and they needed it! The owner, Tom, made everything so easy. Would highly recommend.

Used these guys 6/12/23. On time. Prompt: courteous. Did what they said and then some. Tom has good business sense and treats his customers fairly.
Pointed out several minor flaws that I might consider having another contractor look at down the road.
No high pressure sales pitch- just delivered what he promised in our initial conversation.

It was a very positive experience in all aspects. They were personable and left everything clean and put back in place. I highly recommend using ductworks. I personally feel safer knowing my dryer vent is no longer full of lint.

As with other reviews here, Tom did an outstanding job. My ducts have never been cleaned and it showed. Tom and his assistant came in and explained everything they were doing. Tom also showed me the dirt as it was being removed from two ducts that lead to the main living areas in my house. After they were finished and cleaned up, Tom started the furnace and you could smell the difference.

Very happy with their work and have already recommended them to others.

Tom and Shawn were very prompt and respectful of my home and Tom took the time to show me what had built up likely over the last 26 years, as I've lived in the home for 7 years an never had my ductwork cleaned. It was a very reasonable price as I had I believe 17-18 vents cleaned. I like to use local family owned businesses and Ductworks did a great job and I should be in great shape for the next 10 years. Thanks again Tom!

Ok, my post is about a month late because I almost never write these reviews; however, this guy DESERVES IT!!!!!

We had a duct cleaning in a three story house we'd moved into which was flipped twice in the last decade.

First, HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD COME! I can't tell you how often that does not happen with other contractors/businesses around here.

Second, the work they did was incredible. They not only did the job they said they would, at the price they said they would, but they were very non-interruptive as I was working from home. Additionally, he found small items with my ductwork that were not disclosed to us in our house inspection - and he did so without trying to "sell up" for more items at my expense.

Third, he was NICE!

Overall, the work made a big difference for us (we don't think the vents had ever been cleaned before).

I highly recommend this outfit for any related work you may have.

I called this past Friday to get and estimate and they arrived today and did a great job. Very friendly, professional and clean. I figured that would be after speaking with Tom on Friday. I recommend Ductworks, Inc. You will not be disappointed.

Ductworks and their team were extremely professional, efficient, and thorough while cleaning the air ducts at my house. Cleaned up all the mess after they were done and were even courteous enough to remove their shoes while working in the house without even having to ask. I would recommend Tom and his team to anyone looking in need of their service.

We had Ductworks out to clean our ducts in an old home in Shaker Heights. The owner Tom Mawby was friendly and professional as were his employees. They explained what they were doing and left my house clean. Definitey recommend!

I'm so happy I decided to finally get my air ducts cleaned. I've been in my house 20 years, can't believe I put this off so long. Tom was professional, timely, neat and most of all got the job done right! My furnace runs better and I could instantly feels the difference in the air in my home. I loved the straight forward pricing and unlike the "Steamer guys", Tom did not try to sell me things I did not need. I could only give 5 stars, but you deserve 10!

Tom and Sean were here when they said they would be here. They were extremely friendly and professional the whole time. They both made sure we understood what they were doing. They even adapted their process in order to clean my office while I was on break so my work day would not be too disrupted. They took a lot of care to keep our house clean. Tom took us on a tour afterward to show us that everything was put back into place. I would use them again in a heart beat and highly recommend their service.

We recently had a mouse die in our duct work. If this has ever happened to you, it is truly such an awful and disgusting smell and you know how badly you want to get it out of the house. I called Ductwork’s Inc, and they were able to come out to our home within a couple days, which was amazing because I had previously called the company we used prior and they quoted me weeks out even with the horrendous smell. I think the owner of Ductworks Inc actually came to our house on an off day because he knew how desperate we were to get rid of the smell. Well getting our ducts cleaned worked! The smell was pretty much instantly gone and we have not had an issue since. We actually had another company clean our ducts about a year prior when we moved into the house and ductworks informed me that they still removed a ton of dust and debris, leaving me to believe that the other company actually didn’t do as good of a job as ductworks inc did. Also Ductworks Inc was cheaper! That night after they came out to the house, my husband even commented how fresh and clean our air smelled. They were also so amazingly sweet and kind to us. They were polite and efficient and we are so happy with the work. 100% will call them the next time we need our ducts cleaned and recommend them to everyone we know!

Highly recommend Ductworks if you need someone to clean your hvac vents/ducts. They were clean, efficient, and very thorough. Super friendly and easy to work with.
