Complete Appliance is the best. We have used them for years and with our recent repair, another GREAT experience! George and his assistant were fantastic! Explained clearly and repositioned our dishwasher perfectly! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Customer service required two visits and was very professional and attentive to our individual needs and questions. He not only made the repairs and ran our appliances thru audit check to ensure our appliances were operating properly. I would like to thank the young man who braved the elements on one of the coldest days of the year so far for his help.

Everyone from my first call to my service technician was kind, courteous and listened.
Parts needed ordered and I was always informed. Was very comfortable with they people that come in my home. I thank them for allowing my dog make "friends". (he loved them).
I can't wait until I need my dryer looked at..

Company leadership was very responsive to my appliance issues and schedule our visit within 24 hours of our call. The two technicians were competent and quickly diagnosed our issues. They communicated their findings and repairs in person as well on their work order. Highly recommend !

Donovan along with another gentleman exceeded my expectations. They not only addressed the issue and repaired it but they repaired an issue with my dishwasher which I purchased at the same time as all other appliances without my asking them too. They were wonderful!

Had a fridge warranty issue and they were on time and professional and got it fixed. Obviously they are busy so had to wait a week for them to diagnose and a few more days for them to get the part and install but I don’t fault them for that.
I would use them again.

The technician arrived to install the parts; they were incorrect. He saw to it that the correct parts were shipped to the home, and we arranged to have them installed. The final installation went flawlessly! We are very pleased with the service provided by complete appliance service!

Excellent service! Technician was very knowledgeable and identified the problem and solution quickly. He explained the cause of the problem and how we could avoid it in future if we shut off the water supply before changing the filter. I appreciated how he cleaned up and replaced the refrigerator back into its niche. We will definitely call Complete Appliance again for any future repairs!

My husband and I needed service on our LG front loader washer. We thought there was a problem with our filter, but apparently we didn’t have it tightened properly. Our technician, Said, came when he said he would and was very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company if you need service!

I am and have always had great customer service and results with Complete Appliance. They are very thorough and I have always felt they really do go the extra mile for their customers. Today one of their technicians, Said, serviced one of my ovens. He was respectful, knowledgeable and wasted no time in making the repair. Thumbs Up to Said!!!

Excellent response time, even though they are backed up with appointments. AARON is thorough and prompt. Very courteous and professional. Neat and organized. Made some suggestions that will help us even though he was not able to repair the one appliance. Highly suggest this company and Aaron!

George, the refrigeration specialist from Complete Appliance, came out to our home and repaired two wine refrigerators whose power control boards had failed. Although I sourced the replacement parts from the vendor, George did the disassembly, repair and reassembly. He worked quickly and efficiently — and we had a nice conversation along the way. Both machines now working fine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Complete Appliance team to anyone.
