I called them, a they where very helpful. I told them I needed an evening appointment a they where more than happy to make it happen. They actually came out within 15 mins of our call. He was at our house less than 30 mins. Fixed our oven an was gone. Awesome customer service. Nice guy.

Absolutely amazing company! Fast response and set up an appointment quickly. The gentleman who fixed my dryer was on time, polite and even put shoe covers on to walk into my home. Quick and efficient repair of my dryer. The pricing is affordable and extremely fair. Highly recommend and will use again!

I have called them for my gas range (1 time), gas dryer (3 times) and washing machine (1 time). Abdula has always been the service man that has come to the house. Super honest (which is a must for me) and has gone beyond his call of duty. After inspecting the gas range, it made the most financial sense to replace the stove with a new one. This decision was due to Abdula's honesty. His second visit was for our gas dryer. Very honest and fair. Another part failed days later and Abdula came back right away and handled it like the professional he is. The washer was handled on the second dryer visit. I have them saved in my phone as I do not believe you will find a more pleasurable repair guy. I did find it odd that when he was repairing the dryer I offered and did jump behind the dryer to help him while he stayed working from the front of the machine. He told me I was the first person to help him. Maybe I was raised different but I will never watch someone struggle without offering help. Kindness goes both ways and I am grateful to have found First Choice. I am certainly hoping nothing else breaks for a while but if it does, I know Abdula will be fair and will not be hesitant to pick up the phone and call First Choice. Walt

Wow! Abdullah with First Choice Appliance Service was the best service representatives we have ever had in our house. I wish everyone could be like him!

We called around 4pm Saturday explaining our dryer issues. He said it should we an easy fix, he would be able to come to us on Monday...which we were very happy with. Shortly after our initial call, he called back and said his supervisor said he could extend his workday and come to us that night! He arrived at 6:30pm was done by 6:50pm. I am just so impressed with his level of customer service. He was so polite, wore a mask and booties, cleaned up after himself and explained all the issues with our dryer.

I would not change one single thing about this service call. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent experience using First Choice for multiple visits to resolve a manufacturer's issue with a Samsung fridge. Abdullah was professional, knowledgeable, and proactively worked towards a solution that others couldn't figure out after months of back and forth. I'd trust First Choice for any and all appliance repairs in the future!. Good customer service is sometimes hard to come by and they excel in this area. thank you!

Very quick turnaround from the moment I sent a message via the website, to the appointment made (next day), and no joke... about 20mins to fix the issue with my oven!

Very nice folks and the prices are VERY fair. Their service call fee was well under $100 (not the case for the first few folks I called) and they waive the fee if you accept their repair quote. Will be using them in the future.

I had an absolutely great experience with First-Choice Appliance. I reached out in the morning and got a response back from them almost immediately. Their service tech was able to come out that very same day to repair my gas oven. I needed two igniters (for both the oven and the broiler) and he had them in his van, so my oven was fixed and ready to go in about a half hour. The service tech was super friendly and professional, and he answered all of my questions. I told him that I would definitely call him again the next time I need an appliance repaired. In case it wasn't obvious by now, I would HIGHLY recommend First-Choice Appliance Services!

I had an issue with my dryer not heating up and they were able to come out within an hour of hanging up the phone. Very quick response time and the gentleman who stopped by to complete the service was polite and very knowledgeable. Issue was fixed and the dryer is back to working like new for an extremely affordable cost. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

Superior service- on time and knowledgeable - Abdullah was understanding when he was unable to service our oven which had gas explosion and shut down/ he was quick to send his report to our Home Warranty Co knowing we had to wait for this paperwork! He was patient when Hime Warranty called him for more info and on our behalf! Would refer this company to family/friends!

Quick and amazing work! When I had a Carbon Monoxide indication on my alarm, I knew it was coming from my stove. I called first choice and they were able to get Abdullah my house the next day. Professional and friendly. Explained in detail of what was needed and for a fair price. This was my first time using first choice and it certainly will not be my last. Thank You!

Thank God for them.literally saved my life! I haven't had clothes for a whole month bc rental company of appliances doesn't do hook ups. He came, same day, and charged me half of what it cost to get old ones diagnosed. Then he even made sure I ordered a part for dryer, that if I didn't I wld eventually break my dryer. Wonderful, reliable and quick service!
I needed a quick install as my dishwasher broke the week of Christmas. As soon as I called, First-Choice quickly quoted me and gave me a window that they would be here that day! Was super grateful he was able to squeeze us in during a super busy time. While here, First-Choice Appliance was extremely professional, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. The area was clean after leaving and I’m left with my new beautiful new dishwasher. Would highly recommend!

First Choice appliance is wonderful. Their service call fees are reasonable. I've used them 3 times: 1. Once for a stove at my investment property and the tech said the stove is fine - old, but working fine. The tenant wanted a new stove. 2. My oven knob broke off and my washing machine was vibrating a lot. The tech ordered a new knob and came and installed it quickly. He explained why my washing machine vibrates excessively and what I can do to minimize the vibrations. Basically, front loaders work best on a concrete subfloor, not wood over joists. 3. The water line to my fridge wasn't working. The tech was super professional and didn't make me feel like a complete moron that the valve wasn't opened all the way.
They are honest with reasonable prices. I've had situations where the techs could have lied and sold me expensive repairs but their honesty is what keeps me calling them.

My dryer vent became disconnected on the back of the dryer as well as through the window vent. First-Choice Appliance Services came highly recommended. The tech arrived when he said he would. He was very professional, personable, knowledgeable and honest. He repaired quickly and answered a couple other questions I had about another appliance. Their prices are competitive. First-Choice is now my only choice for appliance repair.

I have used the services of First Choice Appliance Services and will continue to do so as my various appliances are bound to start breaking down now and then. First Choice Appliance Services is a wonderful local business. Both times I’ve needed their help they’ve come through for me and saved the day! Your initial call to them is returned quickly and an appointment will be set up. You are advised regarding their repair prices right away — and you’ll have a general idea of what the repair will probably cost. I’ve had both a refrigerator repair and a clothes dryer repair without breaking the bank — and definitely at less cost than buying new appliances, especially these days.
Anyway, I highly recommend First Choice Appliance Services.

Abdul is fantastic! Our washing machine needed a new part and then the following week our dryer needed a new belt and in both instances he was phenomenal to work with. Quick to reply and schedule an appointment and then very communicative about what the issue was and how he would repair it. 10/10 service!

Amazing experience with this company. I called because my washing machine had been leaking. They got me on the schedule for the following day. Abdullah was great! He called before arrival and even wore shoe covers to protect my floor. He found the problem quickly and explained it to me. He even took a picture to make sure he could show me the issue we had since I couldn’t see behind the machine myself. He gave me a price and asked if I wanted to proceed with the work. He ordered the part and called me as soon as it came in so we could schedule a time for him to finish the job. It was quick, professional, and decently priced. I highly recommend this company.

We have used first-choice appliance services more than once and I think this is our 4 th time using them!!!! They are EXCELLENT! They come in a timely manner and their prices are wonderful! We have a very old washing machine and they are able to repair it easily. Old appliances break down. One part wears out then a year later another part goes . But it is still much less expensive than buying a new washer since mine is a deluxe washer and it could cost hundreds to get the same today. We also had our Bosch dishwasher looked at once! We are so happy with their service and continue to call them when we are in need. Don’t hesitate to call them, you will be glad you did! Sue !
