Competent, friendly, responds to e-mails quickly. Jason the gentleman who provided an estimate was the team leader on the project. They provided answers to my occasional questons - while doing the work. Very good experience!

They did work on my flooded basement. Professional, fast, and the treatment they used worked wonderfully. They also did repairs on a rental I own, flooded kitchen, living room, basement. Done well, worked with my insurance.

We had work done on our house twice by construction zone. The workers were very polite and professional, the clean up was very impressive. Customer service was excellent especially Russ. Would highly recommend this company!

This company did an outstanding job mitigating the water out of my house.

I had water damage from the Labor Day rain and my insurance company recommended them for mitigation. They've been very friendly and responsive. I live in a condo and it's been a task dealing with my property manager to get the actual building repaired so that I no longer get water in my bedroom. Construction Zone has been an advocate for me and has even spoken to my property manager about it a few times on my behalf about the continued leak, they didn't have to do that.

It was deemed dry and then we had another big rain and it got wet again, due to my property manager not making the necessary repairs outside. They were nice enough to leave some equipment here and to not make me file a second insurance claim, I can't say how thankful I am for that. They have held my hand every step of the way and anytime I text Derek, he's very responsive. I have been working with them for two and a half months now.

I feel they have gone above and beyond, have been very responsive, have a well-educated and friendly staff, and they truly care for their customers as if they were friends or family. There were some days I was so frustrated with my property manager, and they took the time to listen and talk me through that as well.

Their mitigation team will be here today, hopefully the last time, to make sure that yesterday's rain did not dampen my walls and then I am going to schedule with them to make the necessary repairs to the inside of my condo, their estimates seem reasonable.

We are extremely pleased with all of the work Construction Zone did for us after we had a house fire in February 2023. We were able to move back into a beautifully renovated house over two weeks ago! It is hard to put into words all of the emotion, confusion and fear when you and your family are put in this type of situation. We are so, so thankful that we were referred to Construction Zone who did everything they said that they were going to do and got us back into our house almost 2 months before the insurance company estimated! The work Greg and his team is awesome. EVERYONE that has seen the house is extremely impressed with the workmanship and no one can believe that we were able to move back in just 8 months. I really cannot say enough about this company. I want everyone that has to go what we went through (i.e. losing almost everything in a house fire, being forced to find somewhere else to live and not knowing what to do, who to call, etc.) can work with a company like this. Our insurance company was pleased when we told them which company we decided to use for the construction and they ended up working extremely well together- as promised. I was especially impressed by the Project Manager who was so helpful to my wife making all the decisions that go into the rebuilding a house. He provided great advice and used top of the line subcontractors, designers, etc. every step of the way. We will try to add some pictures in near future. Construction zone was truly a God send. When we had our house fire the fire chief and others told us it would take 2-3 years to get our house rebuilt. Construction zone and liberty mutual got us back into our house in 8 months. On top of that our house is built with great workmanship and craftsmanship. It is beautiful and no corners were cut. We always new what was going on and they were extremely helpful, kind and informative throughout the entire process. Everyone that we met at the company seems to take their job as more of a mission to help families and we are so grateful. Thank you construction zone we are blessed because of you! We would recommend them to anyone in crisis.

My kitchen ceiling was damaged due to a drainage pipe burst. After the pipe repairs, Construction Zone came in and removed the ceiling, replaced the air duct, addressed electrical issues and installed a new kitchen ceiling. The work was done with careful planning, professionalism and a courteous staff. My sincere thanks to the entire crew for a job well done!

Took over four days to get an over priced estimate!! Got more work done than this company was willing to do for over $500 cheaper! Try dryunow! They are amazing!!!

Never hired them in a professional cleaning situation but being cut off the by their service vehicle on the freeway With the driver showing little to no regard for others safety on the highway Is an attitude I feel would most likely be reflected in their professional cleaning service in my opinion.

A LLC that hardly knows anything about construction or even show up at the work zone.

Tree fell on my garage last year. I am still dealing with these people. Endless delays, poor customer service.

WE made appointment with THEM for a insurance estimate only to have FARMERS cancel without notification, again THEY cancelled on us per FARMERS instructions without notifying us. Claim was over 4 months old. I don’t recommend either Farmers OR this company

While working with subcontractors on my neighbors house, the laborers destroyed my sidewalk by driving over it. Now Construction Zone will only pay half to have it replaced. The side walk is now a trip hazard and code violation. It was not a trip problem nor a violation before your labor destroyed it. Take responsibility.

Stay away from this company. This one of the worse company their only mission is money.they don’t care about customer and they have terrible attitudes and the job was done horribly I hired them to put a tarp on my garage roof and they did a terrible job after me calling several times for them to replace the job and instead they over inflated the price for a job that was not done properly they take a advantage of people with homeowners insurance they keep harassing me calling me showing up at my house calling my insurance company and threatening to put a lien on my house I think this company deserves zero review beware of this company

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I’m actually impressed with how terrible this company is. Do not call these people to do any work. They were supposed to come over and inspect for some wind damage to see if I had to file an insurance claim. Insurance company told me it was just and inspection with no charge. After showing up late and unannounced they managed to coax my wife into signing a contract. Which now I owe 339$ for pretty much nothing. They were nice enough to even tack on and emergency charge to shove two shingles under my existing shingles. Complete joke, waste of time, and money. After many calls they basically told me I was liable to pay or they would put a lean against my home….what a scam call anyone else, they have to be better that these guys.

After the work was completed, we immediately noticed issues with both the toilet and the flooring. There was a gap between the floor planks around the toilet, and the toilet rocked when used. Multiple wooden spacers had come out from underneath it, which we temporarily placed back to prevent it from becoming unsafe.

When we contacted the company, they came out but denied any issue, claimed we caused the damage, and suggested we were making it up. This was despite the fact that they were the last contractors to work on the toilet and that a licensed plumber later confirmed the issue had already been remedied, indicating the damage occurred prior to our involvement.

They denied using wooden spacers at all, even though we physically found them under the toilet and provided photo evidence. They also did not offer to remove the toilet in our presence to properly inspect the problem as they had done on the back end when they had already removed the evidence.

After their repair, we went on vacation and returned to find the toilet acting up again and the flooring they installed was coming apart. They later admitted they had not used nearly enough glue during installation. We ultimately had to hire a plumber to replace the flange and reinstall the toilet correctly, resulting in additional out-of-pocket costs.

What began as a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue turned into being blamed and dismissed, with no accountability taken. This company was referred through our insurance provider, whom we have notified. We will not work with them again and strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
